I have 3 available Room in an Maisonette Apartment (somehow like a Penthouse apartment) in 69231 Rauenberg. Its about 25minutes by Bus away from SAP Campus Walldorf and Rot.
It is somehow a Penthouse as this house covers about 4 floors. There are 3 Bedrooms. The master Bedroom will be €700 and the 2 other bedrooms will be €500 each.
The house has also a separate area for Home Office. So there enough space to separate your work area, Dinning Room/Living Room and your bedroom. It has a large Kitchen, Living Room, Dinning Room and Balcony and a Wintergarden. It is very spacious and somehow High-End Luxury.
The bus stop “Kirche” about 10 minutes walking distance from the hosue. From there you can take bus Nr. 703. Depending on the Rout the Bus takes, you will be at the Train Station “Wiesloch Walldorf” in about 10-20 minutes. From there is another bus, which takes you in 10 minutes to SAP Campus walldorf.
Entfernung nach Walldorf 6km
Fahrtzeit von der Haustür zu SAP: ca 22. Minuten
Auch hier bring der City Bus Dich in ca. 10min zum Bahnhof St.Ilgen Sandhausen.
Von dort aus ist man in 4 Minuten am Bahnhof Wiesloch-Walldorf. Dort fährt dann wiederum ein Shuttle zum SAP Campus.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Rewe Lidl) sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Wald.
Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and right next to the woods. There is excellent access to public transport. There are direct bus and train connections to Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Rot and Walldorf, etc. Heidelberg Central Station as well as SAP(Walldorf) can be reached withing 20 min of total traveltime, starting right from the door of the house.
Travel Distance zu SRH Campus is about 30Minutes, to Heidelberg Central Station about 20 Minutes...
