Ich vermiete mein voll möbliertes Zimmer unter. Das Zimmer liegt direkt unter dem Dach, im 1. Stock unseres Einfamilienhauses und hat zwei Dachschrägen (eine davon ist auch auf dem Bild). In den Schränken werde ich Platz für Dich freiräumen, was genau Du alles benutzen möchtest (Bettzeug zum Beispiel) können wir ja noch besprechen :).
Außerdem stehen im Zimmer ein paar Pflänzchen, die ab und an Wasser brauchen.
Die Fenster des Zimmers sind ziemlich neu und gehen zum Innenhof, weshalb es ruhig ist, auch bei offenem Fenster.
I subrent my room with all the furniture. I will make space for you in the cupboards to put your stuff and we can decide how much of my stuff you want to use while living there. I would be very glad if you could look out for the plants I have in the room :)
The room has got two pitches of the roof (one you find in the picture of the room), but still has got a lot of space and doesnt feel so tight.
Overall it is pretty quiet, since the windows are new and look into the backyard.

Von der WG aus sind es drei Gehminuten zur Tram und der S-Bahn und sowohl Alnatura, als auch Nahkauf sind mit einem 5 Minuten Spaziergang zu erreichen. Der Wilhelmsplatz ist ganz in der Nähe und für ein Bedürfnis nach Natur ist der Waldfriedhof direkt um die Ecke.
Both grocerystores as well as public transportation can be reached within 5 minutes of walking.

In der WG leben außer Dir, noch fünf weitere Menschen. Über den Sommer kann es natürlich sein, dass einige Menschen viel unterwegs sind und es wird noch mindestens eine weitere Untermieter*in geben.
Du wirst auf jeden Fall Manu treffen, der auf der Zielgeraden seiner Physiotherapieausbildung ist und viel lernen wird. Amanda arbeitet an ihrer Masterarbeit für ihr Medizinstudium und lernt Deutsch. Lasse hat unzählige Ehrenämter und studiert nebenher noch Physik und VWL, ist also viel am in der Stadt umherflitzen. Paul studiert eigentlich in Frankreich, macht aber von August bis November ein Praktikum an einer französischen Schule in Heidelberg.
In der WG wird es während Deiner Zeit eher ruhig zugehen, für ein Gespräch auf der Terrasse in der Abendsonne oder einen Filmabend im Wohnzimmer oder gemeinsame Kochaction wird sich aber bestimmt immer wieder wer finden. Freund*innen in die WG einzuladen ist auch in den meisten Fällen kein Problem!
Wir haben einen Putzplan, leben alle vegetarisch mit Tendenz zum Veganismus und unternehmen auch außerhalb der WG Dinge zusammen.
Wenn du Lust hast kannst du dich auf unserem kleinen Fleckchen Garten gestalterisch austoben oder dich dort auch einfach nur in die Hängematte fläzen, wenn dir die Terrasse und die ganze Stadt zu heiß wird :)
You will be living with five people, who will during you stay, probably be pretty busy. Therefore it will be a bit of a calmer atmosphere, even tho cooking together or having a chat on the terrasse or watching a movie in the living room, will probably still happen. There is also a small garden, which belongs to the house and which you will be able to use.
You will share the flat with Manu, whos just finishing his apprenticeship, Amanda, whos currently writing her master thesis in medicine, Lasse whos busy most of the time in some voluntary work, meeting friends or sometimes even going to uni to study some physics and Paul, whos working in a french school from August to November. Apart from you, there will probably be one other subrenting person, since Asa will be leaving for her ERASMUS stay.
