Das Zimmer besticht durch seine Großzügigkeit und die hohen Decken, die dem Raum eine besondere Weite und Eleganz verleihen. Mit seinen großen Fenstern und der angenehmen Raumaufteilung eignet es sich perfekt zum Entspannen, Lernen und kreativem Arbeiten.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die dich schnell und bequem in die Innenstadt bringt. Wenn du lieber die Straßenbahn nutzt, erreichst du die Linie 5 in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Für den täglichen Einkauf liegen Rewe und Netto ebenfalls in komfortabler Nähe – nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Unser Zusammenleben wird geprägt von gegenseitigem Respekt, einem starken Fokus auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie einer harmonischen und freundlichen Atmosphäre. Wir sind eine bunte, internationale WG mit Mitbewohnern aus Deutschland, Spanien und Indien und freuen uns über die Vielfalt, die jeder in die Gemeinschaft bringt. Trotz unterschiedlicher Kulturen haben wir ein gemeinsames Ziel: ein Zuhause zu schaffen, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlt.
Das Zimmer ist, wie bereits erwähnt, außergewöhnlich groß und die hohen Decken unterstreichen den Altbaucharme dieser schönen Wohnung. Hier hast du ausreichend Platz für all deine Möbel und vielleicht sogar eine kleine Arbeitsecke. Wir freuen uns auf einen neuen Mitbewohner, der unsere Werte teilt und Lust auf ein harmonisches Miteinander hat.

We are offering a spacious and bright room in our charming shared apartment in Heidelberg-Wieblingen. The room stands out due to its generous size and high ceilings, giving the space a sense of openness and elegance. With large windows and a well-structured layout, it's ideal for relaxing, studying, or working creatively.
The location is simply perfect: A bus stop is right in front of the house, providing you with quick and easy access to the city center. If you prefer using the tram, you can reach Line 5 within a 10-minute walk. For daily shopping, both Rewe and Netto are just 10 minutes away on foot.
Our living community is characterized by mutual respect, a strong focus on order and cleanliness, and a harmonious and friendly atmosphere. We are an international flat share with roommates from Germany, Spain, and India and appreciate the diversity that everyone brings to our home. Despite our different backgrounds, we share a common goal: to create a home where everyone feels comfortable.
The room, as already mentioned, is exceptionally large, and the high ceilings highlight the charm of this beautiful apartment. There is plenty of space for all your furniture and even a small workspace if needed. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem großen Feld direkt vor der Tür – ideal für Spaziergänge, Joggen oder andere sportliche Aktivitäten. Zudem ist der SRH Campus in unmittelbarer Nähe, was die Lage besonders attraktiv für Studierende macht.

Dank der günstigen Lage können wir alles schnell und bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Obwohl wir nicht viele gemeinsame Ausflüge machen, weil jeder von uns mit seinen eigenen Aufgaben beschäftigt ist, herrscht bei uns eine offene und herzliche Atmosphäre. Wir sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und unterstützen uns gegenseitig, wenn jemand Hilfe braucht. Du wirst dich hier sicher schnell wohlfühlen und in unsere kleine Gemeinschaft integriert.

Thanks to the convenient location, we can reach everything quickly and easily by bike. Even though we don't go on many outings together, as everyone is busy with their own schedules, there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our home. We are friendly, supportive, and always willing to help each other when needed. You will certainly feel at home here and become part of our small community in no time.
