Hallo liebes neues WG-Mitglied!
Wir sind eine 4er WG (2xM, 1xW, 1x Gesucht), in der ab sofort ein Zimmer unbefristet frei wird! Unser Mitbewohner muss leider für seinen Job umziehen und daher suchen wir nun jemanden neu.
Das Zimmer ist 19m2 groß, quadratisch, außer dem Schrank unmöbliert (ein 1.6x2m Bett könnte übernommen werden), hat zwei Fenster mit Westblick auf den Wald, befindet sich auf der 2. Etage 😉
Wir haben eine eigene Waschmaschine im Badezimmer, ein Kellerabteil, einen kleinen Abstellraum, einen Dachboden, sowie eine Einbauküche mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Espressomaschine, Mixer, Grill, etc.
Zum Haus gehören noch eine Terrasse, ein kleiner Garten, ein mit den anderen Hausbewohnern gemeinsam genutzter Wäscheraum und eine abschließbare Radabstellmöglichkeit. In der WG wird nicht geraucht, aber auf der Terrasse ist das jederzeit möglich.

Hello dear new WG member!
We are a 4-person WG (2xM, 1xW, 1x Wanted), looking for a new roommate, since one of us unfortunately has to move for his job.
The room is 19m2, square, unfurnished except for the wardrobe (a 1.6x2m bed could be taken over), has two windows with the west view of the forest. It's located on the 2nd floor 😉
We have our own washing machine in the bathroom, a cellar compartment, a small storage room, an attic, as well as a fitted kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, blender, grill, etc.
The house also has a terrace, a small garden, a laundry room shared with the other residents and a lockable bicycle shed. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but it is possible at any time on the terrace.
Die WG liegt in Ziegelhausen auf dem Berg, gegenüber von oben bereits erwähntem Wald und Schafsweide (wir haben aber auch gutes Internet!). Mit im Haus wohnen zwei junge Familien (alle sehr nett und entspannt).
Es gibt zwei Busverbidungen (34/37), die jeweils alle 20 min fahren, sowie am Wochenende die ganze Nacht hindurch. 😉

The WG is located in Ziegelhausen on the mountain, opposite the above-mentioned forest and sheep pasture (but we also have good internet!). Within the house live two young families (all very nice and relaxed).
There are two bus connections (34/37), each every 20 min, and on weekends throughout the night 😉.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, haben aber auch keine fest geplanten WG-Abende. Unser WG-Leben zeichnet sich eher dadurch aus, dass es unkompliziert und ungezwungen ist und wir der Meinung sind, dass man über alle Probleme reden kann. Da die Wohnung, die sich über 2 Etagen verteilt, aber leider etwas hellhörig ist, müssen wir in dem Zusammenhang etwas Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen. Aber bisher hat das immer geklappt. 😊
So, wer sind wir eigentlich? Wir sind alles Studenten Mitte-Ende 20, die gerne Musik hören und hin und wieder das eine oder andere Glas Wein in unserer Küche teilen. Die Küche ist unser Haupt-Gemeinschaftsraum, aber manchmal erfüllt diese Funktion auch der Flur (wenn jemand nach Hause kommt, kann es passieren, dass die Begrüßung in die Länge gezogen wird und in ein tiefgründiges Gespräch ausartet).

Our WG life is characterized rather by the fact that it is uncomplicated and informal, we occasionally have movie or dinner nights, we think that you can talk about all problems. Since the apartment, which is spread over 2 floors, but unfortunately not super soundproof, thus we have to be considerate of each other. But so far that has always worked out. 😊
So, who are we actually? We're all students in our mid to late 20s who like to listen to music and share the occasional glass of wine in our kitchen. The kitchen is our main common room, but sometimes the hallway fulfills this function as well (when someone comes home, it can happen that the greeting gets drawn out and sprawls into a deep conversation).
Was du machst ist uns egal. Hauptsache, wir verstehen uns. Wenn du dir also trotz all der Widrigkeiten vorstellen könntest, dass wir vielleicht ganz nett sein könnten, freuen wir uns über eine E-Mail von dir!
