Das WG-Zimmer ist nur an eine FRAU zu vermieten, ab dem 1. März 2025! Bitte lest die GANZEN Beschreibungen durch bevor ihr mir schreibt.
Die helle und ruhige Wohnung mit insgesamt 88 qm ist frisch renoviert. Insgesamt stehen dir rund 45 qm davon zur Verfügung (dein Zimmer inkl. der geteiltem Fläche). Dein Zimmer ist hell und geht in den ruhigen begrünten Hof hinaus, den wir mitbenutzen dürfen. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, du kannst also gerne deine Möbel mitbringen.
Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC sowie ein weiteres Gäste-WC, was ich sehr praktisch finde. An die Küche grenzen ein Esszimmer und ein grosser Balkon. Die Küchenzeile ist brand neu und hochwertig. Falls du ein Auto hast, kannst du zusätzlich einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Haus dazu mieten.
Neben mir wohnen noch zwei verschmuste Katzendamen in der WG. Beim Öffene der Fenster und der Wohnungstüre müsstest du natürlich immer ein bisschen vorsichtig sein, dass die beiden nicht ausbüchsen. Wenn du die Gesellschaft von zwei kontaktfreudigen Katzen magst, und keine Katzenallergie hast, dann schreib mir bitte.
Es gibt Fahrradabstellplätze im Hof und einige im Erdgeschoss.

This room in a shared flat is for rent only for a WOMAN from 1st of March 2025! Please read the full texts before applying for the room.
The sunny and quiet shared appartment of in total 88 square meters is fresh renovated and I just moved in. In total you have around 50 square meters including the shared space. Your room has a lot of daylight and you look directly into the green yard with benches which we can also use. Your room is unfurnished and quiet. So, please bring your furniture for your room.
We have a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilette with a sink. The kitchen is open to the window side and you can see our balkony from there. The kitchen furniture and equipment is brand new and of high quality. So I am looking for somebody who can take good care of it ;-). If you have a car you can also rent a parking place in the underground parking of the house.
There are also two cute cats living in this appartment. You should enjoy their presence and have some experience with cats to make sure they dont escape through a window or the door. Also you should not have an allergy.
There is space in the yard and in the house for your bike.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der der Altstadt, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Hauptstrasse und 5 Fahrradminuten vom berühmten Heidelberger Schloss entfernt. Es ist trotzdem schön ruhig hier. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Bushaltestellen (3 min. zu Fuss, alle 5 Minuten ein Bus), Restaurants, Cafes und Geschäfte. Ein Ausgang geht zur Plöck, der andere zur Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage.
Die Schlafzimmer gehen in den begrünten Innenhof, wo es sehr ruhig ist. Die Küche geht in Richtung Friedrich-Ebert Anlage. Man hat eine sehr grüne Aussicht auf hohe Bäume und in den Wald. Die doppelt verglasten Fenster schlucken die Strassengeräusche.

The charming flat is located in the heart of the old town of Heidelberg but it is still quiet. In only 5 minutes you reach Heidelbergs greatest attraction, the castle, by bike. Several bus stops and the tram station Bismarkplatz are in walking distance (3 to 10 min. with a conncetion every 5 minutes) as well as many restaurants, Cafes and Shops.
Your room is facing the green backyard which is very quiet. The kitchen faces Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage. From there you have a nice view into the trees in front of the house and into the near forest.

Ich freue mich auf eine angenehme, offene und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin, die auch an etwas WG-Leben interessiert ist. Wenn es passt, können wir ab und zu gemeinsam essen oder kochen oder sonst etwas zusammen unternehmen.
Eine gute und offene Kommunikation, Sauberkeit, Ordnung und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sind mir zum Wohlfühlen in der WG wichtig. Die Wohnung und insbesondere die Küche ist hochwertig eingerichtet. Darum erwarte ich auch einen achtsamen Umgang damit. Zu Hause bin ich meistens am Entspannen, mache öfters Yoga und Meditation. Im nahen Wald gehe ich gerne joggen und wandern. Ich bin offen für andere Nationalitäten und für queere Menschen. Ich bin eine ruhige, offene Person, die auch auf andere Rücksicht nimmt. Das gleiche würde ich von meiner Mitbewohnerin erwarten. Ich ernähre mich gesund, kaufe vorwiegend Bio-Lebensmittel ein und versuche auch sonst möglichst nachhaltig und ressourcenschonend zu leben .

The appartment is fresh renovated. I am looking for a woman who would like to stay long term. I like chats in the kitchen and also eating and cooking together. If we have some common interests I would be happy to do some things together.
I try to keep the flat clean and tidy and respect the needs of my flatmate. This is important for me to feel relaxed. The kitchen is brand new and of high quality. So I expect a careful handling of the furniture and items in the flat. Usually I rest a home, do some yoga and meditation. Or I go walking or jogging in the near forest. I am open for other nationalities and queer people. I am a rather quiet person who also considers other peoples needs. I would wish the same from my flat mate. My nutrition is healthy and ecologically. I try to have a sustainable lifestyle, separate trash as it is tradition in Germany and use electricity and water in a mindful way.
