Das zimmer ist nach Norden ausgerichtet und hat ein großes Fenster, sodass viel Licht hinein kommt. Ich werde es weitestgehend leer räumen, aber alle Möbel da lassen, genaueres können wir auch gerne einfach besprechen. Gerade habe ich keinen Schreibtisch im zimmer, aber ich habe eine große Glasplatte hinter dem Schrank, und zwei Böcke im Keller, sodass das auch kein Problem wäre wenn du gerne einen Schreibtisch hättest.

The room is north-facing and has a large window so that lots of light comes in. I'm going to clear it out as much as possible, but I'm going to leave all the furniture there (we can discuss the details). I don't have a desk in the room at the moment, but I have a large glass plate behind the wardrobe and two trestles in the basement, so that wouldn't be a problem if you'd like a desk.

Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe von Rohrbach-Markt, wo es ein paar Geschäfte, cafés und Restaurants gibt. Es gibt auch Aldi/Rewe und DM in ca 20min zu fuß, oder 5min mit dem Fahrrad. Das Boulderhaus ist auch in der nähe, genau so wie der Wald, ganz nette Weinberge usw. Mit dem Rad oder der Straßenbahn ist man schnell am Bismarckplatz (ca. 20 min) oder im Neuenheimer Feld (ca 20-25 min). EMBL and MPIK and MPIA sind auch gut zu erreichen.

The flat is close to Rohrbach-Markt, where there are a few shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also Aldi/Rewe and DM in about 20min walking distance, or 5min by bike. The Boulderhaus is also nearby, as well as the forest, very nice vineyards etc. You can get to Bismarckplatz (approx. 20 min) or Neuenheimer Feld (approx. 20-25 min) quickly by bike or tram. EMBL and MPIK and MPIA are also within easy reach.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Juli (30, Lehrer), David (31, Doktorand in Physik) und Joel (29, Doktorand in Sportwissenschaften). Wir kennen uns gut und machen auch gerne etwas zusammen (zb. Kochen, essen, bouldern gehen, oder mal auf eine Party oder ins Fandango, die Kneipe unseres Vertrauens). Wir hatten auch immer wieder Zwischenmieter*innen und das hat auch immer ziemlich gut funktioniert :) Da wir alle berufstätig sind ist die WG im Alltag eher ruhig, es ist aber auch ab und zu mal Besuch da.

Your flatmates are Juli (30, teacher), David (31, PhD student in physics) and Joel (29, PhD student in sports science). We know each other well and enjoy doing things together (e.g. cooking, eating, going bouldering, or going to a party or to Fandango, the pub we trust). We've always had temporary tenants and that's always worked out pretty well :) As we all work, the flat share is rather quiet on a day-to-day basis, but there are also visitors from time to time.

Wir freuen uns über Anfragen aller Art, egal ob Student*in, Doktorand*in, Berufstätig oder sonstiges. Außerdem sind wir gerade zwar eine reine Männer-WG, hatten aber auch schon weibliche Mitbewohnerinnen, was auch immer super gut war! Wir freuen uns also über Anfragen von männlich, weiblich und allen dazwischen und außerhalb ;)
Ich werde für drei Monate in Wien sein, in der Zwischenzeit vermiete ich mein Zimmer. Falls ihr die Anzeige bis hierhin gelesen habt, könnt ihr ja mal erzählen, ob ihr schonmal in Wien wart, und ob mir mir ggf. etwas empfehlen könnt, was ich auf keinen Fall verpassen sollte. Treffen geht via Zoom oder in Person.

We are happy to receive enquiries of all kinds, whether you are a student, doctoral candidate, employee or anything else. In addition, although we are currently an all-male flat share, we have also had female flatmates, which has always been great! So we are happy to receive enquiries from male, female and everyone in between and outside ;) I will be in Vienna for three months, in the meantime I am renting out my room.
