Ich möchte mein schönes Zimmer zwischenvermieten, da ich ein Auslandssemester machen werde. Das Zimmer ist 23 Quadratmeter groß und hat hohe Decken. Tagsüber fällt sehr viel Licht hinein. Vor dem Fenster gibt es einen schönen Fenstervorsprung, und der Blick aus dem Fenster bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht. Das Zimmer wird möbliert untervermietet und enthält alle wichtigen Möbel.
Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Dielenboden , eine gemütliche Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Die Miete beträgt 340 € im Monat; darin sind alle Nebenkosten sowie WLAN enthalten.
I would like to sublet my beautiful room as I will be doing a semester abroad. The room is 23 square meters in size and has high ceilings. It gets plenty of natural light during the day. There is a lovely window ledge in front of the window, and the view outside is wonderful. The room is sublet fully furnished and includes all essential furniture.
The apartment features beautiful wooden flooring, a cozy kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The rent is €340 per month, which includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.
Die Wohnung liegt ideal in der Oststadt. Die Haltestelle Moltkestraße ist in nur 1 min zu erreichen, sodass man mit dem Bus gut überall hinkommt. Zur Uni fährt der Bus ca. 10min, zur HAWK nur 5min. Lidl und Edeka sind 10min fußläufig entfernt. In 4min ist man zu Fuß in einem kleinen Park, der Steingrube. Hildesheim ist außerdem eine fahrradfreundliche Stadt.
The apartment is ideally located in Oststadt. The Moltkestraße bus stop is only a 1-minute walk away, making it easy to get anywhere by bus. It takes around 10 minutes by bus to the university and only 5 minutes to HAWK. Lidl and Edeka are just a 10-minute walk away. In 4 minutes, you can reach a small park called Steingrube on foot. Hildesheim is also a bike-friendly city.

Ich studiere im Master Kulturvermittlung an der Domäne. Gerne gehe ich ins Kino oder ins Theater. Ich bin außerdem gerne in der Natur, lese oder mache Yoga.
Beck(22):
Ich bin Beck (they/them) und studiere im 5. Semester Kulturwissenschaft. In meiner Freizeit tanze und koche ich gerne.
Bislang haben wir uns in der WG gerne ab und zu mal zusammengetan für gemeinsame Koch- oder Spieleabende, natürlich sollen sich aber auch alle zurückziehen können. Wir versuchen, unsere WG ordentlich zu halten und gehen rücksichtsvoll und respektvoll miteinander um.

I’m studying for my master’s degree in Cultural Mediation at the Domäne. I enjoy going to the cinema or theater. I also love spending time in nature, reading, or doing yoga.
Beck (22): I'm Beck (they/them) and I'm in my 5th semester studying Cultural Studies. In my free time, I enjoy dancing and cooking.
So far, we’ve enjoyed getting together in the WG every now and then for shared cooking or game nights. Of course, everyone should feel free to retreat when they need some alone time. We aim to keep our WG tidy and treat each other with care and respect.
Perfekt wäre es, wenn du das Zimmer von Februar bis Juni mieten würdest. Wenn das nicht passt, bin ich da sehr flexibel. Beispielsweise wäre auch von März/April bis August möglich (Das passt womöglich besser mit den Semesterzeiten.
Melde dich doch gerne hier über WG-Gesucht mit ein paar Sätzen zu dir und dann ja vielleicht bis ganz bald. :-)
Perfect would be if you could rent the room from february to june. However, I’m very flexible if that doesn’t work. For example, renting from March/April to August could also be possible (this might align better with semester schedules).
