Es handelt sich um ein möbliertes Zimmer in einem schönem holzverkleideten Haus mit eigenem Balkon und riesigem (2000m^2) Garten.
Außerdem gibt es insgesamt zwei Bäder, ein Büro/Arbeitszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Terrasse, einen Keller und eine Gartenhütte.

Mit dem Auto ist man ist in 10 Minuten in Seiersberg, in 5 Minuten beim nächsten Spar und in 30 Min in der Grazer Innenstadt. Ein Auto ist im Grunde unverzichtbar, es gibt aber Busse und billige Sammel-Taxis die den Ort anfahren.
Das Haus grenzt direkt an einen schönen Wald.
Nachdem es sich hier um ein ganzes Haus handelt wird es natürlich keine Zweck-WG werden. Ich bin selbst unkompliziert, sehr offen, sportlich (Volleyball, Spikeball, Flunky-Ball ;) ), und reise normalerweise gerne. Ich habe gerade meinen Bachelor in Informationsmanagement gemacht und arbeite nun ein bisschen im Home Office.
Ein Bier am Abend ist bei mir im Grunde gerne drin, ab und zu will man sich natürlich auch etwas zurückziehen.
Im Haus gibt es auch mehr als genug Platz um sich künstlerisch, handwerklich zu verwirklichen oder mal ein paar Freunde einzuladen.
Haustiere aller Art sind im Grunde willkommen.
Nachdem du mit einem deiner zukünftigen Vermieter zusammenwohnen wirst, können wir uns immer alles einfach unkompliziert ausmachen.Ich bin da sehr flexibel und es kann auch sein dass das Haus länger als bis Jänner 2021 frei ist.

By car you can reach Seiersberg in 10 minutes, the next Spar supermarket is 5 minutes away and the city center of Graz is 30 minutes away. A car is basically indispensable, but there are buses and cheap shared cabs that drive to the place.
The house is next to a beautiful forest.
Shared house-life
I am uncomplicated, very open-minded, sporty (Volleyball, Spikeball, Flunky-Ball ;) ), and usually like to travel. I just finished my bachelor in information management and work a bit in the home office.
It's possible to have a beer in the evening together, and of course when someone likes a bit of privacy every now and then it's normal to retreat to the room.
There is also more than enough space in the house to do arts and crafts or to invite a few friends.

Pets of all kinds are basically welcome.

You will be living with one of your future renters, we can arrange everything in a simple and uncomplicated way and I am very flexible and it is possible that the house will be free longer than January 2021.
