Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca.17qm groß und schön hell. Insgesammt hat die Wohnung 64qm. Es gibt einen großen Flur und eine große Wohn-Essküche. In unserem Haus sind insgesammt 5 Wohnungen. Unsere befindet sich im Souterrain und wurde gerade (Nov/Dec. 2023) grundlegend renoviert.
Wörsdorf liegt einige Kilometer nördlich von Idstein, hat einen eigenen Bahnhof (fußläufig ca. 8 Min.) und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi). Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, direkt am Feldrand in einer Sackgasse.
Ich selbst bin 20 Jahre alt und im zweiten Jahr meiner Ausbildung zum Physiotherapeuten, an der Fresenius Schule in Idstein.
Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin/ einen netten Mitbewohner die/der ungefähr in meinem Alter ist.
