Mein 20m2 WG-Zimmer mit eigenem Zugang zum Balkon wird frei, da ich eine eigene Wohnung gefunden habe. Diese ist auch bereits bezugsfertig, weshalb das Zimmer schnellstmöglich abzugeben ist.
Das Zimmer ist abschließbar mit eigenem Schlüssel und eine Einbauküche mit Herd, Ofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden, sowie ein Bad mit Fenster und einer schönen, großen Badewanne.
Man ist super schnell auf der Autobahn, da die Wohnung sich an der Hauptstraße befindet, vom Lärm hört man zum Glück so gut wie nichts, da sie sich im 3.Stock befindet und viel laufen muss man auch nicht, dank Aufzug.
Rewe, Rossmann, Deichmann, Takko, eine Apotheke, sowie weitere Geschäfte sind auf der anderen Straßenseite und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 100m entfernt.
Die Post, sowie mehrere Restaurants und eine Shishabar sind zu Fuß auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt.
Die beiden Mitbewohner, Mara und Ralf, sind sehr ruhig und freundlich.
In den Nebenkosten ist bereits alles, wie Internet, GEZ, etc., enthalten.
Ich kann ein Bett, Schrank, Schuhschrank etc. nach Vereinbarung im Zimmer lassen, wenn benötigt.
