Mit 15.4 m^2 bietet das Zimmer genug Platz. Es hat 2 Fenster in Richtung unserer Dachterrasse in Richtung eines ruhigen Hinterhofes. Man hat sehr viel Licht.
Das Zimmer hat ein gemütliches Bett, einen Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode in gutem Zustand, welche für 200 Euro übernommen werden können. Der Schreibtisch kann auch mit übernommen werden, den finde ich allerdings selbst nicht sonderlich schön, falls er dir gefällt, kannst du ihn auch haben. Ich würde ihn sonst entsorgen.

With 15.4 m², the room offers enough space. It has two windows facing our rooftop terrace overlooking a quiet backyard, providing plenty of natural light.
The room features a cozy bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers in good condition, which can be taken over for 200 euros. The desk can also be included, although I personally don’t find it particularly nice. If you like it, you can have it; otherwise, I would dispose of it.

Die WG liegt mitten im Zentrum Ilmenaus. Auf der einen Seite gehen die Fenster in einen ruhigen Hinterhof und auf der anderen Seite Richtung Fußgängerzone. Der nächste Supermarkt/Drogeriemarkt ist in unter 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Bus benötigt man 2 min und zur Bahn ca. 5 min. Zum Stadtcampus benötigt man 8 min zu Fuß und den Hauptcampus erreicht man in ca. 20 min. Mit dem Rad ist man sogar schon in 5 min an der Uni.

The shared flat is right in the centre. On one side, the windows open onto a quiet backyard and on the other side towards the pedestrian zone. The nearest supermarket/drugstore is less than 5 minutes' walk away. It takes 2 minutes to the bus and about 5 minutes to the train. The city campus is an 8-minute walk and the main campus can be reached in about 20 minutes.
Die WG ist auf jeden Fall keine Zweck WG. Wir sind Jakob, Kilian, Tom, Julius und ich, Marius. Jakob ist WG-Ältester und Mitgründer, arbeitet an der Uni und bietet stets gutes Entertainment. Kilian wohnt ebenfalls bereits seit Beginn in der WG, arbeitet in einem International operierenden Unternehmen in Ilmenau und macht gerne Sport. Tom ist der dritte verbleibende WG-Mitgründer. Er studiert Medieningenieurswesen im Master und fotografiert gerne. Dein letzter Mitbewohner ist Julius, der mit Tom studiert. Julius hat besten Anschluss zu den Ilmenauer Studentenvereinen. Er hat eine Tanzcommunity in Ilmenau mitgegründet und ist Mitglied beim Bergfest, einem der größten studentischen Vereine Ilmenaus. Ich befinde mich aktuell in den Endzügen meines Biomedizintechnikstudiums und werde wie die meisten ehemaligen Mitbewohner sicherlich in Zukunft ab und an vorbeischneien. Wir suchen nach einem sympathischen neuen Mitbewohner oder einer sympathischen neuen Mitbewohnerin, der/die in der WG leben will. Wir suchen nach einer Person, die an dem WG leben teilnehmen will.

The apartment is definitely not just a place to crash. We are Jakob, Kilian, Tom, Julius, and me, Marius. Jakob is the eldest and one of the founding members of the flatshare; he works at the university and always provides great entertainment. Kilian has also been living here since the beginning. He works at an international company in Ilmenau and enjoys sports. Tom is the third founding member of the flatshare. He is pursuing a Master's in Media engineering and loves photography. Your last housemate is Julius, who studies with Tom. Julius has excellent connections to the student organizations in Ilmenau. He co-founded a dance community in Ilmenau and is a member of Bergfest, one of the largest student associations in Ilmenau. I'm currently finishing up my studies in biomedical engineering and, like most of our former housemates, will likely drop by from time to time in the future.
We are looking for a friendly new housemate who wants to be part of our flatshare. We're seeking someone who wants to actively participate in the flatshare life.

Im Prinzip ist as ab Anfang September frei und kann nach Absprache schon früher übernommen werden.
