Das Zimmer ist ca. 24 m2 groß (Gesamtmiete, inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet ca.: 95€). Möbel können nach Absprache übernommen werden.

ie Lage ist einfach nur perfekt. Alles ist zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar, da wir sehr zentral wohnen. Egal ob Restaurant (Asia, Döner) oder Supermarkt(Edeka), selbst der Paradiesbahnhof ist nur 5min entfernt. Zentraler gehts nicht.

Da der Paradiesbahnhof gleich um die Ecke ist, bist du in 5min bei der Tram, Zug oder Flixbus. Aber die Bushaltestelle im Stadtzentrum ist in weniger als 10min erreicht. Obwohl wir so zentral wohnen, bekommt vom Verkehr nicht wirklich was mit.

Falls du gerne draußen bist, ist der Park gleich gegenüber (3min Fußweg).

The location is just perfect. Everything is very quickly accessible on foot, as we live very centrally. Whether restaurant (Asia, kebab) or supermarket (Edeka), even the paradise train station is only 5min away. It couldn't be more central.

Since the Paradiesbahnhof is just around the corner, you are in 5min at the streetcar, train or Flixbus. But the bus stop in the city center is reached in less than 10min. Although we live so central, does not really get from the traffic.

If you like to be outside, the park is just across the street (3min walk).

Wir haben einen Putzplan, damit solltest du dich anfreunden können. Aber davon abgesehen hast du in unserer WG große Freiheiten. Die Nachbarn und WG Mitbewohner sind recht entspannt, bedeutet Freunde mal am Wochenende einladen, ist kein Problem. Abgesehen von einem netten gemeinsamen Kaffee oder Bier, kochen wir hin und wieder zusammen. Francisco spielt Federball im Verein. Ich geh hauptsächlich ins Gym, bin aber für alle Ballsportarten zu haben.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Alexej (28 Jahre, E-Commerce), Oliver (28 Jahre, Photonik), Elene (21 Jahre, Jura) und Francisco (24 Jahre, Photonik).

We have a cleaning schedule, so you should be able to get to grips with that. But apart from that, you have a lot of freedom in our shared flat. The neighbors and flatmates are quite relaxed, so inviting friends over at the weekend is no problem. Apart from a nice coffee or beer together, we cook together from time to time. Francisco plays badminton at the club. I mainly go to the gym, but I'm up for all kinds of ball sports.
