The house is very centrally located in the Kamp-Lintforter downtown, the Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences and is just two minutes away from the motorway A42 / A57 motorway. Also a 24 / 7h gas station is on the way there.
The bus stops in the direction of the city center and Moers / Duisburg are right next to the front door.
Although the house is very central, it is nevertheless quiet with a backyard over which one reaches the entrance to the staircase.
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral der Kamp-Lintforter Innenstadt, der Hochschule Rhein-Waal und ist von der Autobahnauffahrt A42/A57 gerademal zwei Minuten entfernt. Auch eine 24/7h Tankstelle befindet sich auf dem Weg dorthin.
Die Bushaltestellen in Richtung Stadtmitte sowie Moers/Duisburg liegen direkt neben der Haustüre.
Obwohl das Haus sehr Zentral liegt, ist es dennoch ruhig gelegen mit einem Hinterhof worüber man den Eingang zum Treppenhaus erreicht.
We - Nathalie (26), Daniel (34) & Moses (24) - are on the one hand working or are currently studying and have a relatively well-regulated daily routine.
If time permits, we like to cook in the evening or sit comfortably for one or the other evening with a glass of wine on the terrace. The life in this apartment is very common, but here everyone gets the peace and quiet he needs because of the large area.
Wir - Nathalie (22), Daniel(30) & Moses (20) - sind zum einen berufstätig oder befinden uns derzeit im Studium und haben einen relativ geregelten Tagesablauf.
Wenn es die Zeit zulässt, kochen wir Abends gerne mal zusammen oder sitzen auch den ein oder anderen Abend gemütlich mit einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse. Das Leben in dieser WG läuft sehr gemeinschaftlich ab, jedoch bekommt hier auch jeder aufgrund der großen Fläche die Ruhe, die er braucht.
