I am looking for a girl to rent the offered room. Preferable is a student at Rhine Waal as well. I am Marwa, a 27 year-old student who just graduated from Rhine Waal University and started a full-time job.

I am looking for someone who is responsible, neat, and can take care of the place with me. Since I work from home, it is super important that the space around me is left organized and clean. This means the toilette and kitchen, but also the room you will stay in.

I hope we can get along and hangout once in a while, I like to cook so maybe I'll share my meals with you once in a while.

The room has a lot of space and a big window for a lot of light in the morning. The apartment is very cozy. Your room is furnished with a bed, mattress, side table and lamp, desk and chair with study lamp and space to store clothing. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (ceramic top, oven, fridge, dish washer, toaster, airfryer, water boiler, blender). There's a washing machine in the basement and space to dry the clothes.

The full rent is inclusive the internet, mandatory radio & TV fee, electricity, heating and other costs taken by the landlord of the house. The apartment is a 15 mins walk to the uni and 5 mins by bike. There's everything you'd need nearby like supermarkets, dm, restaurants, and various paket shops and a kiosk and pharmacy as well as a Hausarzt (general practitioner).

I would love to share the apartment with someone who is a student and is nice. I put a great interest in how we can help each other and be kind to each other. Feel free to let me know what interests you as well. I am dynamic and sympathetic and I would also like to make your experience in the WG more comfortable.
