Die Miete ist für den gesamten Zeitraum von fünfeinhalb Wochen. Dazu käme noch eine Kaution von 350€.

Das Zimmer ist etwa 12m^2 groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Regal und Spiegel. Außerdem ist es aufgrund der Lage und dem großen Fenster schön hell :)

The WG is located in the southwest town and is located in a quite quiet residential area. By train you are from here in 15min (10min by bike) at the Europaplatz and when you drive in the other direction at Ettlinger Tor, where there are some shops for shopping/ shopping :) The main railway station is only one stop away and can also be reached on foot. Right nearby there is also an aldi and a baker. In addition, you can also be quickly in nature and not far away is the Günther-Klotz plant and the Europabad.

Our WG are Julia (25), Étienne (30), Katrin (25) and me.
Katrin and I study together at the University of Applied Sciences Communication and Media Management, Étienne works at Deli Burgers and Julia has just come to us and is making her training a psychotherapist*in.

The WG life is quite relaxed and occasionally we sit together at dinner or you meet in the kitchen. Although everyone has their own everyday life, but for a nice conversation or sometimes animated cooking someone is always there:)

We also have a cleaning plan, and a certain cleanliness should be of course for you.

Since I will study dual and not be in Karlsruhe for my practical phase, I would like to rent my room in this time.
