Your room is spacious, bright and fresh white painted. It is fully furnished with a desk, a swivel chair, a bed with mattress and a large wardrobe. The apartment is 80 square meters and offers shared rooms such as a bathroom, a large fitted kitchen, a loggia and a storage room.
The daylight bath is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink and a new washing machine and offers enough space for cosmetics.
The modern kitchen has upper and lower cabinets. All electric appliances - stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination - have been bought new within the last two years. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans as well as kitchen utensils such as an all-rounder, kettle, waffle iron and sandwichmaker are available for common use.
From the kitchen you can go to the loggia, which is ideal for hanging laundry or storing beverage boxes and foods. The apartment includes a lockable room in the storage and an extra room where you can safely park your bike.
In 2022, new windows were installed in the entire apartment, which have further increased the comfort of the apartment.
