Ideal WG room for students who spend the whole day at the university, in the library or in the gym and want to cook together and chat in the evening. WG roommates are friendly and tidy.
The location is very central in downtown. Ettlinger gate as well as the castle are in sight and yet it is quite quiet, by bicycle road at my quiet place.
There have never been problems with neighbors since there are practically no one. Below is a restaurant and above/beside quiet second/apartment, where only sometimes other people are.
The WG was originally founded by us four friends, so we and all understand what contributes to the friendly and smooth WG life. All roommates are at university during the day, at a student job or similar. In the evening, cooked together and above all talked about university life etc.
I'm going abroad for the time.
