The WG is on the 3rd floor, in a renovated old building and is in a very good condition. The 16m2 large room is square cut and very bright with window towards the east. In the bathroom is our washing machine, the toilet is separate. Our kitchen is very well equipped and also has a dishwasher, the size is cozy and has enough space for common cooking and sitting. Unsere Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat auch eine Spülmaschine, die Größe ist gemütlich und hat genug Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Sitzen. Fahrräder können im Innenhof problemlos abgestellt werden.

Im Mietpreis ist alles inbegriffen (Internet, GEZ, Strom, Gas).
Ich würde gerne das 1,40m Bett (ohne Matratze und Lattenrost), den Kleiderschrank und das weiße Regal im Zimmer lassen. Außerdem würde ich gerne in der Küche die Spülmaschine dalassen, da sie von mir ist und die Waschmaschine wurde im Januar erst gekauft. Für alles insgesamt würde eine Abschlagszahlung von 300€ anfallen.
Die Wohnung wird frühestens zum 30.03. frei, da ich ein Tag vorher ausziehe.
Wenn dich unsere WG anspricht, würden wir uns sehr freuen, wenn du ein paar Zeilen über dich schreibst, damit wir dich näher kennen lernen und auf einen Besichtigungstermin einladen können.
