You'd be in a ca. 14sqm large room with window facing west. Since I only spend some time staying in the room all furniture and the TV.

The apartment also has a shared bathroom with washing machine and shower. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator.

The WG is located right in the centre behind the post gallery and the stop Europaplatz are just two minutes walk.
REWE, Lidl, Edeka and GoAsia are the closest shopping options. Bakers, cafes, restaurants and pubs are just as easy to reach.
The university is only 5 minutes away by bike and the KIT is about 10min. If you are looking for a break in the green, you need from the WG about 5 to 10min by bike to the Günther-Klotz-anlage or to the Schlossgarten.

I (Basti) will leave late February as my practice semester begins and will resume at the end of August in early September. For this time, I'm looking for an intermediate tenant.
Your future roommate would be Valentin(24) and a new roommate, as another room will be free for a long time.
Valentin studies like me at the computer science school and is always for a beer. Often we go away together in the evening or watch a movie in our large living room. You will find everything else in a personal visit.
