The room is like in the pictures, includes all the furnitures, and I will empty them for you to feel free to use them. So you dont have to worry about this.
The price includes also the nebenkosten, and it will be adjust for the time of your stay. Now I am considering 400€ x 25 days. The caution will stay in 400€
In front of the door there is a bus stop, and the nearest tram station is Entenfang or Hertzstraße. And you have different options to go to the city center.
The apartment is about a 12-minute bike ride from Europaplatz and around 15 minutes from KIT.
Nearby, you’ll find a Penny, Nachkauf, and Lidl, all about a 9-minute walk away. Aldi is a bit farther but about 8 minutes by bike.
Hola
We are looking for a short term flatmate for my room in a 3-person shared flat. Since I will be on holidays. This room is ideal for someone new in the city who needs place to stay while is looking for another long therm room, because we know it is a bit complicated to find a room here, but maybe if you are already in the city, will be easier to get some appointments in person to see other appartments.
*Important: you can not do a city registration with this appartment, since is just a hort therm*
Itzel (28) and Alex (28) will be your flatmates in this time. Itzel is finishing her master's degree and enjoy playing flag football and watching movies and series, which is perfect for the living room/kitchen space. Alex will be your french roomate, probably he will be on holidays, but you will see him when he is back, he is working, and likes sports.
The flat offers both options: having your own space in your room or hanging out together to chat, watch a movie, or play a game.
We are looking for someone who is calm, since we are not a "Party WG"
If you're interested, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to reply to everyone!
P.S.: Please don't send copy-and-paste messages (and if you do, at least make sure to use the correct name). I know apartment hunting can be frustrating, but the more appealing your message is, the better your chances of getting an invitation. ;)
Best regards,
Brenda
