Zimmer in großer, 2-etagiger Wohnung in Neureut 317€

Die Wohnung ist in Neureut, das ist 1 nördlicher als die Nordstadt - und 1 näher zu den vielen Badeseen am Rhein.
Mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt braucht es je nach Wetter immer so 15-20 min, mit der Bahn S1/S11 (Haltestelle Adolf-Ehrmann-Bad, 7 min zu Fuß) bist du auch in 15min im Zentrum.
In die Oststadt braucht es etwas länger, da Neureut ja genau genommen nordwestlich liegt, aber per Rad kann mensch sich da einfach auf dem Adenauer-Ring halten und kommt gut an))

The apartment is in Neureut, which is 1 further north than Nordstadt - and 1 closer to the many bathing lakes near the Rhein-river.
Depending on the weather, it takes about 15-20 minutes by bike to the city center, with the S1/S11 tram (Adolf-Ehrmann-Bad stop, 7 min walk) you are also in the center within 15 minutes.
It takes a little longer to get to Oststadt, as Neureut is exactly taken in the northwest, but by bike you can just easil get there by staying on the Adenauer-Ring))

Es findet sich jetzt gerade ganz frisch eine neue Konstellation zusammen:
Die WG-Älteste bin damit ich, Sush, studierte Künstlerin und jetzt aber Metallbauerin in der Ausbildung. Ich widme einige meiner Freizeit aber auch linker Politik und fahre sonst gern Rad, bastle Sachen, mache Ausflüge in der Natur oder in der Karlsruher Subkultur.
Es kommen nun dazu: Martin, Pfleger und Veranstaltungsplaner und Saad, Ingenieur im Wasserbau und Rennradfahrer.
Also wird es eh ein großes Kennenlernen geben und alle sind recht neugierig, denke ich.

A new constellation has just come together:
The oldest member of the flat share is me, Sush, a studied artist and now a metalworker in training. Anyways I also devote some of my free time to left-wing politics and otherwise enjoy cycling, crafting, going on excursions in nature or in Karlsruhe's subculture.
I'm now joined by: Martin, a caregiver and event planner, and Saad, a hydraulic engineer and racing cyclist.
So there will be a big getting-to-know-each-other anyways and I think, everyone is quite curious.

Ich wünschte, die WG würde so bleiben:

Die Mietkostenangabe im Titel der Anzeige (317€) umfasst alle Nebenkosten wie Strom/Gas, WiFi, GEZ - vielleicht müssen wir uns aber gemeinsam eine neue (gebrauchte) Spülmaschine leisten.
