Since I study dual and start my practice phase from Janaur, I would like to rent my room untever during this period. To my entrance, last month, the room was refurbished. The renovation work on the house is slowly closing. The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk and sink). It is located in a residential home of the Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe. The kitchen and the bathrooms (a large and a small bathroom) are shared by WG residents. Internet is available. The WG is set up internationally, so it would be advantageous to be able to English. There is the possibility to wash clothes in the basement.
The room is very close to KIT Südcampus, so it is perfect for KIT students. The Durlacher Tor stop is within a few minutes walking distance and thus almost all other universities. You are quickly in town and shopping is too enjoyable.
Only students live in the WG. There is a cleaning plan and a cash register (5€ per inhabitant) for general needs such as sponges, detergents. As a rule, everyone does their own thing, but there is also the possibility of cooking together or playing evenings. Otherwise, you can get into conversation with each other quickly in everyday life.
