A room in our great 4er-WG in Karlsruhe Oststadt will be free from 1.2.2025 and is looking forward to a new roommate.
The room is about 13 sqm and furnished. There is a 1.40m bed, a large corner desk (with screen), a chest of drawers and a large closet (mostly empty).
It has a large window to the sunny side, making it always beautifully bright. It is not too hot in summer, as the old building has a thick stone wall and we do not live on the top floor.
There are some plants that look forward to water.
Our kitchen is the heart of the WG and fully equipped - along with 2 sofas, which invite you to comfortably chill, squash, cooking, playing etc. The apartment is completed by our large daylight bath with washing machine and our additional guest toilet. Another, previous WG room, our roommate Leo has been using as a study and guest room since Corona.
Since in my room there are still some furniture etc., I quote a deposit of 650€.
The WG is located in the middle of the beautiful East town, opposite is the Rewe and the best ice of Karlsruhe - Cassata.
The KIT is super close to the WG and the PH/HS are easily reached by bike in 10 minutes.
The stations of Gottau Platz and Karl-Wilhelm-Platz can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
In the WG live Leo (occupational), Kerstin (also professional), Rodrigo (does an education) - we like to do something together, how to eat together, play breakfast or (black) games and sometimes see a movie in the evening. Our sofas in the kitchen simply invite to spend a very good time together.
