The room has approx. 13 m2 however acts larger due to the high ceilings. The room is not furnished.
A desk can be taken on request. (possibly also a shelf)
The kitchen is equipped with a new EBK and all appliances (including dishwasher).
There are bicycle parking spaces in the farm.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street directly at Durlacher Tor and thus directly at KIT.
Therefore, the location is perfect for KIT students, as the campus can be reached in about 5 minutes walk. But also for other students the location is very good. I studied at the PH and I was mostly on a bike in under 10 minutes at the PH. The route through the castle garden without traffic lights is not only fast to drive but also beautiful through the ambience of nature
Shopping is also within a few minutes by bike or on foot at CheckIn Center or Rewe City.
The WG life can be freely designed, your roommate is Florian, he is 25 years old and studies electrical engineering at KIT. He is currently writing his master thesis.
Living together is relaxed. Can be cooked together or grilled with other residents of the house in the backyard, but this is not a compulsion. In short, the WG life is uncomplicated!
Florian likes to ride a round with the race bike or meet with friends in the castle garden.
Da ich Ich mein Referendariat antreten werde und ausziehe suche jemanden der ab dem 1.1. oder 15.1 mein Zimmer übernimmt. Die Gesamtmiete ist 430€ darin sind Kaltmiete und Nebenkosten (alle) enthalten.
Es handelt sich erstmal um einen Untervermietung des Zimmers, da unser Mietvertrag die ganze Wohnung beinhaltet und Florian und ich diesen erst Kündigen können wenn er mit seinem Studium auch fertig ist. Daher kann zunächst nur ein Untermietvertrag gemacht werden, jedoch besteht evtl. die Möglichkeit die Wohnung dann zu Übernehmen (müsste dann mit der Vermieterin Abgeklärt werden)(Florians Studium geht auf jeden Fall noch ein zwei Semester)
