I separate myself from my WG room and the Tullacrew, and therefore seek a successor.
The room is located on the second floor of the house and is twelve square meters. It has beautifully high ceilings and a window that is oriented towards the courtyard. In the summer it remains pleasantly cool in the morning, as the sun only shines into the room from about 2 pm. In the evening the shutters can be closed to keep the temperature pleasant.

The house is located in the eastern city, not far from the old slaughterhouse, where many cultural possibilities are offered. The courtyard provides a quiet atmosphere. EDEKA, REWE, LIDL and DM can be reached in five to ten minutes on foot. The connection to public transport is very good, several lanes regularly travel in different directions.

All in the WG are around twenty. Marius is the eldest and plays a lot of football, goes to the gym and is on the way to the evening. Nina is similarly active, goes to the gym, operates athletics and has a green thumb. Anne, the latest member, is the youngest, studied at the HKA and is also on the go in the evening.

The WG life is very family and friendly. If someone is in the kitchen or in the hallway, it is often entertained or added. From time to time we cook together, make learning sessions in the kitchen or do something together. Also common drinking or celebrations are part of it. We value that everyone feels comfortable in the WG and therefore seek someone who is open to exchange with us, shows interest in others and has a friendly relationship with Bock

There is a window in the kitchen that is sometimes used for smoking. Some of my furniture I will probably leave back, which is not yet fixed. you would override this for a certain amount.
