For the first time:
We are a community of five boys, all students and are no purpose WG or connection. We do a lot of work together, go to sports, grilling and play beach volleyball regularly. Even the one or the other WG party must never be missing.

Paul, 21 years / Studied teaching, Sam, 23 years / Engineering student in Master, Tobias, 21 years also studies teaching and Leo, 26 years / Studied music journalism in Master.
Our apartment has two toilets, a bathroom with sufficient sink and rain shower. The attic above our apartment belongs exclusively to us, we have set up a gym there, is great for parties and offers enough storage space. We also have a basement and a courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, toaster, smoothie maker, crep maker and much more). The rental price includes all additional costs, except the Internet and the GEZ, as well as a cleaning force for the common rooms that come once a week.
Our WG is on the opposite side of the KIT Campus South (on foot to the Mensa 5min)
Your room is on the east side far from the street and therefore pleasantly quiet. It has a closet and desk. You can set up the rest as you like it. If someone moves out in a larger room, there's a chance you can take it.
Since our landlord students want to offer a cheap accommodation near the university, we are looking for a male student as a roommate who is open to also participate in our WG life:)

Erstmal zu uns:
Wir sind eine Wohngemeinschaft aus fünf Jungs, alle Studenten und sind keine Zweck WG oder Verbindung. Wir unternehmen sehr viel zusammen, gehen regelmäßig zusammen zum Sport, Grillen und spielen gerne Beach-Volleyball. Auch die ein oder andere WG Party darf nie fehlen.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:
Paul, 21 Jahre/ Studiert Lehramt, Sam, 23 Jahre/ Maschinenbaustudent im Master, Tobias, 21 Jahre studiert ebenfalls Lehramt und Leo , 26 Jahre/ Studiert Musik-Journalismus im Master.
Unsere Wohnung verfügt über zwei Toiletten, ein Bad mit ausreichend Waschbecken und Regendusche. Der Dachboden über unserer Wohnung gehört ausschließlich uns, wir haben uns dort ein Gym eingerichtet, eignet sich super für Partys und bietet genug Stauraum. Zusätzlich haben wir auch ein Kellerabteil und einen Innenhof. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Toaster, Smoothie-maker, Crep-maker und vieles mehr). Im Mietpreis sind, außer Internet und GEZ, alle Nebenkosten sowie eine Reinigungskraft für die Gemeinschaftsräume, die einmal wöchentlich kommt, inbegriffen.
Unsere WG ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite des KIT Campus Süd (zu Fuß zur Mensa 5min)
Dein Zimmer ist auf der Ostseite weit weg von der Straße und daher angenehm ruhig. Es verfügt über einen Schrank und Schreibtisch. Den Rest kannst du dir selbst so einrichten wie es dir gefällt. Wenn jemand in einem größeren Zimmer auszieht, besteht die Möglichkeit dass du dieses übernimmst.
Da unser Vermieter Studenten eine günstige Unterkunft nahe der Uni bieten möchte, suchen wir einen männlichen Studenten als Mitbewohner, der offen ist, sich auch an unserem WG Leben zu beteiligen :)
