The room to be awarded has a darker laminate floor and is 15 m2. The south side window provides sufficient exposure. Otherwise, the room is furnished (with bed (incl. slat and mattress), desk, chair, chair base, wardrobe, dresser, bookshelf, large shelf, lamp, side table) permanently rented.

The apartment is located in the beautiful and popular southern city of Karlsruhe (end of the southern city). To the university (KIT) and thus to connect to the city centre, you need 10 min by public transport (S-Bahn, stop 2 min walk away) and directly by bike 7 min. A shopping centre as well as a supermarket and a gym at the check-in center are also not far. The Lidl is even within 2min walking distance. The main railway station is 10 minutes on foot.

We are Angelika, Florian, Roman, Moritz and Martina and have been a newly founded WG since the beginning of this year. In the evening we like to swim in the kitchen and occasionally we also do something together. So we're not a purpose WG. Since we are all professionally or quite entangled at university, we live a quiet life under the week. In our WG we also have a weekly rotating cleaning plan, so each time one of the services takes over.

Since Roman has received a commitment to a Master abroad in the short term and has to take off at the end of January, we are looking for a new roommate or roommate from February onwards.

Now a short description of us:

Martina is 26 years old and is currently doing her lectureship in Karlsruhe. She likes sports, meets with friends in the city or reads a good book with coffee or tea.

Angelika is 26 and is currently also in the Referendariat in Karlsruhe. In her spare time she likes to run a round or go to the gym.

Florian (29) works as a software developer in the ÖPNV. He also likes to sing in the choir, boulders and swimming, role and board games and has a sofa.

Moritz is 27 years old and studied Business Informatics at HKA in the second semester. In his spare time he likes to play sports, but he likes to spend a cozy evening at home.

Die Küche ist voll möbliert. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Tageslichtbäder (2 Badewannen, 1 extra Dusche, 2 WC’s), was dafür sorgt, dass sich auch morgens keine Staus vor den Türen bilden. Aktuell haben wir die beiden Bäder so aufgeteilt, dass sich Moritz, Florian und Roman das große Bad und Angelika und Martina das kleine Bad teilen.

Außerdem gibt es einen für alle verfügbaren Balkon, den man über die Küche erreicht und zum morgendlichen Frühstücken an frischer Luft einlädt.

In den Nebenkosten ist alles enthalten (Strom, Gas, Internet (250 Mbit/s) und GEZ).

Da wir im vergangenen Jahr einige Anschaffungen zur Einrichtung der Wohnung getätigt haben, würde auf dich noch ein Ablöseanteil von 80 € zukommen.
