The apartment is on the second floor in old building - if you have never lived in old building, you will learn to love this flair :)
The room is very large and bright, the window is facing the south side. The room is rented unfurnished.
We have a guest toilet and a bathroom with tub and toilet (both with window), our kitchen is modern and very well equipped.
The covered balcony is connected to the kitchen, so in summer you can always eat outside:) and relax - also in Karlsruhe summers possible, as it goes north to the garden. We love our garden, this we share with our neighbours (just the best!!) from the house, like going down and working on our chalkmal and unicycle arts, learning, reading or doing a barbecue with our neighbours.
Laundry dries in summer super on the linen in the yard.
There is also a bicycle garage, a basement compartment and the laundry room.
In two words: simply top!!
Ten minutes walk from the main train station, downtown or PH/FH is needed by bike for five to ten minutes. There are two rail stops around the corner, both within walking distance in 5 minutes.
And yet our road is quiet, the Beiertheimer Wäldchen is right around the corner, the Günther facility is reached jogging in about ten minutes and also the zoo is very close.
We are a very warm and open family consisting of mother with three children: Felicia and Alisa (students) and son (2nd class) and would like to rent a free room.
We enjoy our time together, we like to have a visit, let our energy out at a short disco dance session in the children's room and love our evening series tradition, where we gammeln comfortably on the sofa and let the evening finish.
Between your room and that of Alisa (usually only on weekends or during the semester holidays), toilet, kitchen and the rest of the apartment there is a connecting door that you can always close - if you need rest or if you practice our incoming music student in more detail (harp and piano), with closed doors you can hear as well as nothing!!
We look forward to a person who is just as life-threatening as we and desire for an open, family atmosphere and a harmonious coexistence - everything can, nothing has to:-)
