ihr habt eben den Jackpot geknackt und seid auf unsere Anzeige gestoßen.
Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Berit ein Erasmus macht, suchen wir dich!
Wir sind:
Finn (20) hat gerade mit einem Architekturstudium angefangen, erfahrener Pfardfinder und zieht auch in Februar ein
und
Oscar (28) der Franzose der nicht einsehen will, dass er sehr deutsch geworden ist. Ehemaliger Mathe Student, der jetzt in der Software Entwicklung sich den Magen vollstopft.
Wir wollen keine reine Männer WG, deswegen suchen wir eine Frau für die Zwischenmiete.
Dein Zimmer ist eines von dreien in dieser Wohnung mit riesen Balkon und selbsverständlich super ausgestatteter Küche (nenne ein Küchengerät, wir haben es hoch wahrscheinlich dabei!).
Das Zimmer hat 16 Quatrameter und bietet einen idyllischen Blick ins Grüne (inklusive Eichhörnchen).
Da sich die WG im Dachgeschoss befindet, gibt es auch keine nervigen Nachbarn über deinem Zimmer :)
Die WG wurde im Oktober 2016 gegründet.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, natürlich wird es Platz für deine Sachen geben. Es gibt ein 1,4 m Bett, einen Schreibtisch und noch ein paar andere Sachen.
The apartment is located in the fourth OG of a multi-family house in which students and families live together.
We live very close to Hardtwald, which separates Campus South from Campus North. Here are some nice ways to jogging or cycling.
If you are studying at KIT, you are there by bike in 15 min and the bus line 30 needs 5 min from the Cutemühlerstraße stop to Campus South. It is also possible to reach the shuttle bus to campus North from campus Ost. For cyclists who like to make early sports, the campus North in the morning can also be easily reached in 25 minutes by the beautiful Hardtwald.
Generally, it is very quiet in the forest city, but you are still busy in the city (15 min by bike at the castle).
A penny market is just around the corner and the Edeka Behrens can be reached in a 5-minute walk. The nearest railway station is Waldstadt-Zentrum. There a small weekly market takes place three times a week.
For emergencies you can even get a diner on Sundays and holidays Buy pizza in the nearby snack.
Currently, life does not allow a common lunch, since Oscar works (he only rarely makes homeoffice) and Finn lectures attended.
Because of this, this is often postponed to a common hot dinner. Since we keep little of three milk bags, three butter cans and three cucumbers (except there are cucumber salads) in the refrigerator, we have a common household (so-called communist kitchen). Splitwise and Bring are our good fairies.
To date, we have always been able to miss out on a cleaning plan, as we have been able to keep the apartment clean with clever communication since it was established.
If you have come to this place while reading, then the word stair climbers build into your message.
Finn had already taken an evening in the WG and was very happy with champagne. He studies architecture and develops coffee in Strasbourg.
Oscar likes the hammock in summer, offers his couch corner as a living room, has also found the DAV hall as a change to the office job and manages to play a bit of ultimate frisbee at least 3 times a year.
At short but regular intervals, friends will be happy to come to the common food and cozy together and to store the balcony (in summer) and Oscar's room. Therefore, it would be nice if you were a sociable type and no problem with getting to know new, loving people. Of course we are also looking forward to meeting your friends with us.
Our WG impresses with its large balcony with hammock and the daylight bath with bathtub. The apartment was renovated a few years ago (10 years köf köf) from scratch and is lovingly maintained.
The kitchen includes everything you need. The cream cubes are our dishwasher and a G-Ferrari pizza oven. For the vegetables barbecue season we have an electric grill (and a gas grill in the basement) on the balcony, which is covered by our squirrels.
