Nice room with private balcony for rent. The balcony invites you to breakfast, is only accessible via your room and I also have no need to use it. The balcony has a small table and two chairs. It is a 3 room apartment+ kitchen+bath.

the WG is located in an old building near the Günther Klotzanlage. A S-Bahn station is 50 metres away around the corner. The WG is located in a 6 party house. The old building is quite bright, so it is not a party WG.

I am Alexander, living in the apartment for a year and appreciate the location and house of the WG very much. I work at KIT and am on campus daily. In my spare time, I play a lot of tennis or go cycling.

The WG life should not only be purely expedient. Relaxed conversations, which would cook together or even join together what would be nice, but is not necessary.
