Hello her loved ones,
as our roommate takes off in February, we are looking for a new roommate from 01.02.2025. We look forward to your message!
The room will be unfurnished for you when you move in, but there will be a few curtains in the room that can be taken over by the owner. The room was repainted a year ago and the floor covering is laminate. The window is facing south. (see pictures)!
The location in the Weststadt is great.
The tram stop (Yorkstraße) is only 2 minutes walk away.
The Gutenbergplatz, which is market three times a week, is just as close to the door as some other shopping facilities (Cap 4min, Penny 6min, Lidl 8min). You can also get to university by bike or train within 15 minutes. The FH and the PH can be reached in even shorter time.
Your new roommates are: Marcel (30) and Franzisko (24) .
Even if the apartment does not have an extra living room, the shared use of the kitchen belongs to us just as much as enough rest to master the phases of the exam or work stress.
The total price of 399€ has internet (LAN and WLAN), waste costs, electricity, gas, GEZ with it (i.e. all additional costs). The rooms with us are rented individually by the landlord, so everyone has their own contract and the additional costs we pay via our WG account.
