Hey!

Unfortunately, as I move around in February, we are looking for a:n new:n roommate:in.

Our apartment is located on the third floor and the room is about 11sqm. The high ceiling and the large window give the room a pleasant and open atmosphere. The room is already furnished with a wardrobe, a pull-out bed and a desk by Ikea. The furniture is about 1 year old. Originally there was also a desk chair, a drawer container and a sideboard that you can use again. Otherwise we have two bathrooms, an equipped, large kitchen and a basement compartment. The additional costs include internet and radio fees.

Our WG is centrally located and still quiet in Leopoldstraße - right above Café Mats. The Europaplatz is within a 5-minute walk. There is also the S-/U-Bahn station, which is connected in all directions. Shops such as Lidl and Rewe are also available there. With the train/wheel, KIT can be reached in 15 minutes. The PH/HfG/ HKA can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Our bikes can be covered in our small courtyard and safely parked.

We usually meet in our kitchen and talk a lot. In the evening or weekend we also like to do something, watch movies, make a game evening or go straight down to the mats for a beer or a wine choir. In summer we go to the castle park. Often we are quite spontaneous - depending on who has time and pleasure. We currently have a cleaning plan that changes every week and would like to continue this.

Mathis (20) studies computer science, likes cooking and is interested in gaming.
