we are looking for a new tenant from April. We live in the Ostdstraße in a beautiful, renovated old building apartment.
The WG is super equipped with daylight bath and shower, kitchen (spinning machine, refrigerator, washing machine, freezer, microwave, espresso machine, etc.) and even a large living room with cozy sofa and TV.

Das Zimmer hat tolle hohe Decken und ein großes Fenster Richtung Westen, dadurch ist es immer schön hell und man kann wunderbar Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Die Möbel auf den Bildern würden (außer Schreibtisch) drin bleiben, damit kannst Du direkt einziehen.

Deine zukünftigen Mittbewohner sind Lilli (25, ETIT Master) und Julian (24, ETIT Master). Lilli backt gerne von süss bis Sauerteig, spielt gerne Spiele und liebt die Berge. Julian geht ins Gym, spielt Handball und ist begnadeter Sojaschnetzellkoch.
Wir führen ein sehr harmonisches und familiäres WG-Leben. Mittags sind wir öfter in der Mensa anzutreffen, aufgrund der kurzen Distanz ist dies an manchen Tagen der Hautgrund warum man uns auf den Campus findet.
Wenn wir abends motiviert sind kochen wir gemeinsam, gerne auch mit Freunden oder zu oder sitzen einfach gemütlich zusammen und quatschen bei einem Bierchen/Vino. Alles, wie jeder eben grade Zeit und Lust hat. Unser großes Wohnzimmer nutzen wir gerne um Freunde einzuladen, Serien zu schauen oder Spiele zu spielen.
Wir sind also definitiv keine Zweck-WG und uns ist es besonders wichtig, dass sich jeder wohl und zu Hause fühlt.
