The room is shared between two people. It is situated right in front of the university. It is a shared room in the Nautilus Dormitory. You have a private bathroom you share with your roommate and you share the kitchen with everyone on the floor. The rent is 290 euros including everything and the bathroom is cleaned once every two weeks by the dormitory cleaning staff. The room has a bed, a wardrobe, a study table and chair, a cupboard in kitchen. The kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave and you can loan mixer, weighing scale, waffle maker, iron etc from the loan cupboards. It is possible to rent the room till 29 August 2025 or alternatively till 30th June. I need to move out and I can only move out if I transfer my contract to someone else.
Since you have to share your room with another girl, we are looking for a female.

You will be sharing with a 24 year old girl studying Masters in Cybersecurity and AI. She is almost never in the room and is a very nice person to live with. She is quiet and likes to talk if you are upto it.

I would prefer if someone on an exchange semester can take it since it is available for summer semester. But it is open for everyone :)
