Liebe suchende
Ich und meine Schwester Vermieten ein Zimmer in unserem älteren Familien Haus. Es kann mit Möbel übergeben werden, muss aber nicht. Es gibt einen Garten mit Griller und Gemüsebeet der natürlich mitgenutzt werden kann. Einen Klavier gibts auch. Parkplätze gibts immer genug ums Haus. Ab Februar soll es frei sein . Es ist auch eine kurzfristige Miete möglich.
Am besten einfach melden für nähere Infos :)

Top Lage.
Supermarkt: 100 meter zum Interspar. 5 min Fußweg zum Penny.
Verschiedene Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Die näherste 3 min entfernt.
Hauptuni 15 min mit Bus und 10 min mit Fahrrad
Pädagogische Hochschule 10 min zu Fuß
Zentrum 7 min Bus und nur 10 min mit Fahrrad
Hbf 10 min mit Bus oder Fahrrad

Ich bin 25 und bin sportlich ziemlich viel unterwegs und halte mich verschiedenen Aktivitäten immer beschäftigt. Meine Schwester studiert jetzt in Wien und ist auch ab und zu in den Wochenenden da. Wir sind eine sehr enge, unkomplizierte und offenen Familie. Mir ist es wichtig, dass untereinander Respekt, Verständnis, und guter HAUSVERSTAND herrscht. Es soll auf jeden Fall jemand sein, den man gut vertrauen kann:)

Me and my sister are renting out a room in our older family home. It can be handed over with furniture, but does not have to be. We have a piano. There is a garden with griller and vegetable patch which can of course be used. There are always enough parking spaces around the house. It should be free from February
