Ich vermiete ein möbliertes Dachgeschoss meines Einfamilienhauses in Kleinmachnow, im Süden von Berlin. Dein Bereich beinhaltet 18 Quadratmeter aufgeteilt auf zwei Zimmer und einen geräumigen Flur mit Treppenaufgang. Zusätzlich erwartet dich noch eine große, vollausgestattete Wohnküche und ein schöner Esstisch. Der große Garten (über 400 qm), die Terrasse und das Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Ebenso steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
Du solltest keine Angst vor Hunden haben, da hier auch unser junger Border Collie wohnt. Außerdem ist er immer für ein paar Streicheleinheiten oder Ballspiele im Garten zu haben. Wenn du möchtest, begleitet er dich auch gerne beim spazieren oder joggen.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 550 Euro (inkl. Nebenkosten).

I rent out the furnished top floor of my family house in Kleinmachnow, in the south of Berlin. Your private space includes 18 square feet divided into two rooms and a spacious hallway with staircase. In addition, a huge, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table await you. We share the large garden (over 400 sqm), the terrace and the bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is also a washing machine.
You should not be afraid of dogs since our young Border Collie lives here. In addition, he is always available for a few strokes or ball games in the garden. If you want, he will be happy to accompany you while walking or jogging.
The monthly rent is 5500 euros (including additional costs).
Das Haus liegt in Kleinmachnow, fußläufig von der Berliner Stadtgrenze. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Drogerie und alles was man sonst noch so braucht, ist in der Nähe.
Die Bushaltestelle ODF-Platz (622) ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort aus kommst du in 10 Minuten zu den Bahnhöfen Mexikoplatz (S1) oder Krumme Lanke (U3). Ansonsten kannst in 10 Minuten zur Haltestelle Neuruppiner Straße laufen und von dort mit dem 115er Bus bis Zehlendorf (S1), Oskar Helene Heim (U3) oder Fehrbelliner Platz (U3) fahren.
Wer lieber mit dem Rad fährt, ist innerhalb von 10 - 15 Minuten an den Stationen Mexikoplatz, Zehlendorf, Krumme Lanke und Wannsee.
Die FU (Dahlem) und Uni Potsdam (Campus Griebnitzsee) sind sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 20 - 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

The house is located in Kleinmachnow, within walking distance of the Berlin city limits. Supermarket, bakery, drugstore and everything else you need is close by.
The ODF-Platz bus stop (622) is a 3-minute walk away. From here you can reach the train stations "Mexikoplatz" (S1) or "Krumme Lanke" (U3) in 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can reach the "Neuruppiner Straße" bus stop in 10 minutes and then take the 115 bus to "Zehlendorf" (S1), "Oskar Helene-Heim" (U3) or "Fehrbelliner Platz" (U3).
Those who prefer to ride a bike are within 10 - 15 minutes at the stations "Mexikoplatz", "Zehlendorf", "Krumme Lanke" and "Wannsee".

Ich bin selbständige Physiotherapeutin. Im Haus befindet sich ein weiteres Zimmer, welches eventuell perspektivisch auch vermietet wird. Am Wochenende kommen meine Kinder und meine Enkelkinder aber gerne mal zum Kaffee & Kuchen oder zum gemeinsamen Grillen vorbei. Ich habe schon viele internationale Studenten, Sprach- oder Austauschschüler aus der ganzen Welt beherbergt, was mir viel Freude gemacht hat.
Ich ernähre mich vegetarisch und koche gern frisch und gesund und versuche, umweltfreundlich zu leben. Wenn du dies auch tust, umso besser, ansonsten ergibt sich das schon irgendwie.
Auch wenn wir kein typisches WG-Leben führen, wünsche ich mir Ordentlichkeit, Sauberkeit und einen respektvollen Umgang.

I am an independent physiotherapist, working full-time. There is an additional room, that might be rented in the future. On the weekend, my children and my grandchildren are happy to come over for coffee and cake or to have a barbecue together.
I have hosted many international students, language and exchange students from all over the world, which has been a great pleasure.
I eat vegetarian and like to cook fresh and healthy and I try to live eco-friendly. If you are doing this, the better, otherwise we will work it out.
Even if we do not lead a typical flat-sharing life, I wish me neatness, cleanliness and a respectful dealings. .
