If someone likes old buildings, he will be delighted. The house has a great atmosphere. Accordingly, I would like to have cultivated residents who are communicative but also able to maintain a healthy distance. Nationality, gender, and age are secondary, personality counts. Minimum rental period 4 months, the number of residents is variable, between three and five persons. The room is qiet and sunny . It is furnished (bed, desk, boards, but can be rearranged as desired and has beautiful old wooden floors. There are two tastefully renovated bathrooms. Excellent is that the house is located in the middle of the old town. Everything is within walking distance. Altogether the house has a living space of over 160 square meters to have enough free space every person living there.
Last but not least, there is a nice big living room which is used often used as a work space. An important hint that the cleaning plan has to be followed for a functioning WG life is essential . The kitchen has everything you need: A dishwasher, a fridge, an additional big freezer and a washing machine are available, as well as internet access fiber glass).The rent includes all cold and warm additional costs. Bus stops in all directions are in 60 metres walking distance. Restaurants, pubs, shops in the immediate neighborhood. What more is there to explain? The old town is cult and pleasant at the same time, and if you have a car, you can even apply for a residents' parking space 100 m away. The ID card costs only 60 euros/ per year for this.
