Hallo,
Wir sind Emma und Jeanne und bei uns wird bis Ende Februar 2025 ein Zimmer frei, da Emma Erasmus in Dublin macht.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und möbliert(siehe Foto), also es bleibt drin: Bett, Schrank, Sofa und Schreibtisch. Es ist hell und trotz der belebten Umgebung übergehend sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, Supermärkte und Dm sind um die Ecke. Die Bahnhaltestelle Friesenplatz ist am Anfang der Straße, sowie Neumarkt ist 10min Fußweg entfernt. Es gibt in der Nähe, im Belgischen Viertel, viele Cafés, Bars, Restaurants etc.
Parks wie der Stadtgarten und Grüngürtel sind 10min zu Fuß entfernt.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre Jeanne, 20 Jahre studiert Erziehungswissenschaften.
Das Zusammenleben war bisher immer sehr entspannt. Uns ist Sauberkeit und offene Kommunikation sehr wichtig. Die WG soll keine Zweck WG sein, sondern wir wünschen uns ein harmonisches Miteinander, indem man auch etwas zusammen unternehmen kann.
