Viewings possible at any time by arrangement. If desired, a video can be sent. The flatmates and the landlord must give their OK for you. Don't worry, 50 people will not be invited to the apartment at the same time: you are an individual and are usually alone at the viewings. Please send us your documents in advance so that we can get an idea of you.
The completely renovated, detached, villa-like two-family house with a large garden (1000 sqm plot) offers peace and relaxation while at the same time being well connected to Cologne city center. The ground floor has a total living space of 122 sqm. The other rooms in the 4-person shared apartment have already been rented to really lovely women. Your room has direct garden access and is next to the kitchen.
The rooms are newly furnished as follows: high mirrored cabinets including drawers, desk with desk chair, floor protection mat, 140 cm bed with bed drawers and coat hooks on the door. In the shared kitchen, in addition to a dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave, there are also all dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, bowls and other cooking utensils. Bring a mattress (140x200cm) and bed linen, unpack your suitcase - and you can start living there.
There are good transport links to the A1, A57 and A3 and the city center. You can jog and go for a walk in the directly adjacent Vogelwald. The Pescher bathing lake and a large forest area (between Bocklemünd and Pesch) with a fitness course invite you to do sports. In the Görlinger center (7-10 minutes on foot) all infrastructure is available: Rewe, Netto, Rossmann, fruit and vegetable shop, Zeemann, large medical center, pharmacy, several bakeries, ice cream parlor, savings bank.

The shared apartment was recently founded. The immediate neighborhood consists of detached single-family houses, in which mainly families live. Opposite there are single-family and multi-family houses. Behind the Vogel-Wald lies the Görlinger center with a dense development.
The shared apartment is warmly welcomed by the neighbors. We ask that you treat the apartment, the house and the garden very carefully. Smokers are not welcome. Since there is already a shared apartment cat, Luna, no other pets are allowed.
There is no minimum rental period. The notice period is 3 months to the end of the month.
The additional costs include heating and some garden maintenance. There are also additional costs for electricity on the floor (currently 32 euros), 5G WiFi (via GigaCube, 9 euros/person) and the shared apartment consumables. These additional costs must be organized and settled through the shared apartment members.
A parking space can be rented in the courtyard for 30 euros per month.
In the large basement there are two new, high-quality washing machines and a dryer for free use. A 30 sqm, secure and bright garage is available for bicycles and e-bikes. E-bikes and e-scooters can be charged directly here, so that, for example, Cologne University can be reached by bike in 25 minutes.
The flat-rate additional costs are based on the DMB operating cost index plus the current inflation rate. As soon as the operating cost index is published, the additional costs will be adjusted accordingly. There will be no additional costs billing. Due to the previous heating costs (modernized oil heating, approx. 4500l-5000l previous consumption), the size of the detached house, the partial insulation and the high density of residents, the highest possible heating flat rate was assumed (1.66 euros per sqm).
The basic rent is staggered at 3% with a first rent increase on January 1st, 2026.
Regarding the deposit: The deposit will be waived if a parent also enters into the rental agreement. Alternatively, a monthly rent deposit can be replaced by a parental guarantee.
