Deine WG-Zwischenmiete (ab Mitte März bis Anfang Juni 2025, ggf. auch länger) Mitten in Ehrenfeld mit einem Balkon. Komplett eingerichtet mit Charme und Liebe. Zur Verfügung steht ein kleines Schlafzimmer (11qm mit Etagenbett) sowie Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer und Balkon. Es gibt auch noch eine kleine Abstellkammer. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine etc - alles vorhanden.

Das kleine Schlafzimmer (11qm, aktuell noch Kinderzimmer) kann so genutzt werden (voll möbliert). Wir werden natürlich einige Sachen um-/rausräumen. Das kann ich besser per Email/Telefon erklären. Wir leben zwischen Köln und Mumbai (Indien), daher ist das Zimmer frei.

Der angegebene Gesamtmietpreis ist all-in und beinhaltet alle Kosten (Miete - warm, Strom, Internet) und gilt pro Monat. Die Zeitraum kann ab 15. März 2025 jederzeit starten.

Your intermediate shared apartment stay (from Mid March until Beginning of June 2025 or maybe as well longer) in the centre of Ehrenfeld with a balcony. Fully furnished with charm and love. We have a small bedroom (11qm, used as childrens room) available as well as a living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. There is also a small storage room. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc - everything is available.

The small bedroom (11qm) was previously used as children’s room. It comes fully furnished. Of course, we will re-arrange a couple of things which I can better explain via Email / Phone. The room is available because I live and work between Cologne and Mumbai (India).

The total rental price is all-in and includes all costs (rent, water, heating, electricity, internet) and applies for each month. The rental period can start from 15th March 2025 onwards.

ÖPNV ist schnell zu Fuß erreicht. Bis zur nächsten Haltestelle “Körnerstr.” (Linie 3 und 4) sind es ca. 4--5 Minuten. Bis zum Bf Ehrenfeld (S-Bahn) ca. 10-15 Minutenn. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und Cafe sind direkt auf der Venloerstr. und im Umfeld zu finden. Bis ins Belgisches Viertel lauft ihr ca 15 Min. Oder natürlich alles einfach per Fahrrad.

Public transport is within walking distance. The next stop "Körnerstr." (lines 3 and 4) is about 4--5 minutes away. To the railway station Ehrenfeld (S-Bahn) approx. 10-15 minutes. All shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found directly on Venloerstr. and in the neighbourhood. You can walk to the Belgian Quarter in about 15 minutes or, of course, simply cycle to everything.

Das WG-Leben soll entspannt und umgänglich sein. Ich arbeite zum größten Teil ständig von zu Hause und bin jedoch auch viel unterwegs (Indien). Daher ist es uns wichtig, dass du die Wohnung insgesamt so wertschätzt, wie sie ist.
