EHRENFELD wohnen möchtest! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, die direkt an der Venloer anschließt. Dein Zimmer ist zur Straße ausgerichtet
sodass du von der Ruhe profitieren kannst - abgesehen von der Kirche, deren Glocken dir immer zuverlässig sagen, ob es halb oder punkt ist. So brauchst du keine Uhr mehr! Hehe

In nur einer Minute erreichst du die Station
Körnerstraße mit der Linie 3 und 4 und bist umgeben von zahlreichen charmanten Cafés und tollen Foodspots. Supermärkte wie Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, DM, Kaufland und Aldi sind alle fußläufig in nur 1 bis 7 Minuten erreichbar. Neben den köstlichen Essensmöglichkeiten findest Du auch einige Second-Hand-Läden in der Umgebung.
Der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld ist ebenfalls nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt - ein wahrer Traum für alle Pendler*innen!
Und wenn Du das Nachtleben erkunden möchtest, gibt es in Ehrenfeld unzählige Clubs und Bars zu entdecken

There is NO better location if you want to live in Ehrenfeld! The house is situated on a quiet side street that connects directly to Venloer Straße.

Your room faces the street, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings—except for the church bells, which reliably let you know whether it’s half-past or on the hour. So, you won’t even need a clock! Hehe.

The Körnerstraße station (lines 3 and 4) is just a one-minute walk away, and you’ll be surrounded by charming cafés and amazing food spots. Supermarkets like Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, DM, Kaufland, and Aldi are all within a 1 to 7-minute walking distance.

Besides delicious food options, you’ll also find several second-hand shops in the area. The Ehrenfeld train station is just a 7-minute walk away—a true dream for commuters!

And if you’re into nightlife, Ehrenfeld offers countless clubs and bars to explore.

Da es sich um eine Neugründung handelt, hast du die wunderbare Möglichkeit, viele Dinge mitzubestimmen und aktiv mitzugestalten. Wir haben es uns zwar bereits etwas gemütlich gemacht, aber da ist definitiv noch Luft noch oben:)
Du würdest zusammen mit 8 weiteren Personen leben - dabei spielt das Geschlecht keine Rolle.
Momentan ist das WG-Leben noch etwas in der Findungsphase, da wir eine bunte Truppe aus verschiedenen Lebensphasen und Routinen sind.
Wir sind alle sehr offen und freuen uns immer über einen Plausch in der Küche + gemeinsame WG-Abende sind ebenfalls geplant.
Es wäre großartig, wenn du Lust hättest, mit anzupacken und der frisch renovierten Hauswe eigenen Charakter einzuhauchen

Es ist egal, ob du bereits WG-Erfahrung hast oder nicht.
Uns ist ein toleranter, freundlicher Umgang wichtig und die nötige Sauberkeit wäre auch super.
Wir haben auch einen Putzplan.

Die wg gibt es seit oktober, einige wohnen aber jetzt auche rat seit diesem jahr ganz frisch im Haus:)

Since this is a newly founded shared apartment, you have the wonderful opportunity to contribute to decisions and actively shape the living space. We’ve already made it a bit cozy, but there’s definitely still room for improvement! :)

You would be living with eight other people, and gender doesn’t matter. At the moment, our shared living experience is still in a bit of a finding phase, as we are a diverse group with different life stages and routines.

We are all very open and always happy to have a chat in the kitchen—plus, communal WG evenings are also planned.

It would be fantastic if you’re up for getting involved and helping to give this freshly renovated house its own unique character!

It doesn’t matter whether you have previous experience living in a shared apartment or not.

What’s important to us is a tolerant and friendly atmosphere, and a certain level of cleanliness would also be great.

We also have a cleaning schedule.


The WG has existed since October, but some of us have only just recently moved in this year. :)

• Internet would be an additional cost, but it’s very low since it’s split among 9 people.

The deposit is €600.
The landlord requires either proof of income or a parental guarantee.

He is also super nice and is available to answer any questions you may have.
