Das Einzugsdatum ist 1. März und der Zeitraum wäre flexibel. Die Wohnung ist saniert und modern eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist 17qm groß mit Südbalkon und kann teilmöbliert (1x Bett, 1x Kommode, 1x Schrank) oder unmöbliert übernommen werden.
Der*die Nachmieter*in wird sich mit mir, Eithan, die Wohnung teilen. Ich habe Int Business studiert und bin seit 6 Jahren berufstätig, aber irgendwann habe ich für mich verstanden, dass Corporate-Arbeit nicht alles ist und habe daher meinen Fokus auf Reisen und weitere Projekte gelegt. Außerdem gehe ich gerne essen, lege auf und verbringe auch gerne Zeit zuhause.
Ich wünsche mir eine*n Mitbewohner*in, der*die sauber und entspannt ist. Mir ist es auch wichtig, dass man sich menschlich gut versteht und gemeinsame Interessen bzw. eine ähnliche Art und Weise hat.

Hi everybody,
Short version:
The date to move in is March 1st.
The new roomie will share the flat with me, Eithan. I studied Int Business and have been working for the last 6 years but realized that there's more to life than work and therefore, I travel as much as possible. I'm very interested into culture, food, music but I also chill happily at home.
Therefore, it's for me very important to have a good basis with my roomie and that we have similar values/interests since I don't see a roomie as just a person that pays the rent. It's also important to be have an understanding for clean and an organized flat. It's just unnecessary to have discussions and a bad vibe because of that :)
