Ich suche jemanden, der/die mein Zimmer nach meinem Auszug übernimmt. In einigen Monaten wird für die Wohnung ein neuer Vertrag aufgesetzt. Auf diesen kann man sich dann ebenfalls bewerben, es gibt aber keine Garantie zur Übernahme. Man kann also mindestens bis Februar hier wohnen, mit der Chance, dann weiter in der Wohnung zu bleiben. Eine Anmeldung ist in der Zeit leider nicht möglich.

Die WG befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in Humbold-Gremberg. Einen Aufzug gibt es leider nicht.
Die Wohnung an sich hat 3 Zimmer, eine Küche, Bad und WC.
Das Zimmer ist das größte in der WG mit ca. 22 m². Es hat einen kleinen Balkon angeschlossen.

I am looking for someone to take over my room after I move out. A new contract will be drawn up for the apartment in a few months' time. You can then also apply for this, but there is no guarantee that you will be accepted by the landlord. So you can live here at least until February, with the chance of staying in the apartment after that. Registering the address is not possible during this time.

The flat is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in Humbold-Gremberg. Unfortunately there is no elevator.
The apartment itself has 3 rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and WC.
The room is the largest in the shared flat with approx. 22 m². It has a small balcony attached.
Die Wohnung ist etwa 5 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn Haltestelle Trimbornstraße und 8 Gehminuten von der Tramhaltestelle Kalk Post entfernt. Von dort kommt man mit den Linien 1 und 9 an alle wichtigen Orte in der Innenstadt. Gleich um die Ecke halten auch die Buslinien 153 und 159. Ganz in der Nähe ist auch die TH.
Gegenüber gibt es einen Lidl, der für das leibliche Wohl sorgt. Auch eine DHL Packstation gibt es dort. Bei der Kalk Post gibt es dann auch ein Einkaufszentrum, die Köln Arcaden, in dem es alle möglichen Geschäfte gibt. Parkplatztechnisch gesehen ist es um die Wohnung für Großstadtverhältnisse recht entspannt.

The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from the Trimbornstraße S-Bahn stop and an 8-minute walk from the Kalk Post streetcar stop. From there, lines 1 and 9 take you to all important places in the city center. Bus lines 153 and 159 also stop just around the corner, and the TH is also nearby.
There is a Lidl supermarket opposite, which provides food and drink as well as a DHL Packstation there. There is also a shopping center near the Kalk Post, the Köln Arcaden, where you can find all kinds of stores. Parking is available nearby.
Zurzeit wohnen hier Domenick (29) und Amine (24). Beide studieren und arbeiten nebenbei.
