Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet 14m² Platz mit viel Tageslicht. Es ist schön möbliert und befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Reihenhauses. Direkt neben dem Zimmer liegt ein Badezimmer, und ein Gästezimmer. Beides wird nur selten von einem Gast (mit)benutzt. Das Zimmer ist kurzfristig frei geworden, weil ein Interessent in letzter Minute abgesprungen ist. Der Einzugstermin kann flexibel geregelt werden. Frühest möglicher Einzugstermin wäre der 1.10.
The room is spacious, offering 14m² of space with plenty of natural light. It is nicely furnished and located on the first floor of a townhouse. Adjacent to the room is a bathroom, which would only be shared occasionally with a guest. The room has become available at short notice because a previous applicant dropped out at the last minute. The move-in date can be arranged flexibly, with the earliest possible move-in being 1st October.

The house is situated in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, just 10 km from Cologne Central Station and the city centre. You can reach the city in around 12 minutes by taking the S11 (stop: Volkhovener Weg).
Im Erdgeschoss hast du Zugang zu einer voll ausgestatteten, modernen Küche, einem Esszimmer und einem gemütlichen Garten. Diese Bereiche teilst du nur mit mir, dem Eigentümer des Hauses. Der erste Stock steht nur dir zur Verfügung, außer wenn gelegentlich Gäste zu Besuch sind.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie einen Arbeitskeller mit der Möglichkeit Sachen abzustellen, z.B. Fahrräder.
On the ground floor, you’ll have access to a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining room, and a lovely garden. These areas are shared with just me, the owner of the house. The first floor is yours unless we have an occasional guest.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a utility room where you can store items, such as bicycles.
