3er Wg in Mülheim

Hallo! Wir sind Meri und David und machen ab dem 1.10 eine neue 3er-Wg im wunderschönen Mülheim auf. Bevor wir zu den Details der Wohnung kommen stellen wir uns erstmal vor :)

heyoo! ich heiße meri, bin zwanzig und studiere intermedia:) ich bin auch in meiner freizeit gern eine kreative maus, mache analog fotos, zeichne gern und liebe es ins museum zu gehen. Ansonsten bin ich ein fan von dragshows, queerer perfomance, tischtennis im park und cozy tee-abenden in der wg-küche🧚 ich freu mich über eine Person, die lust hat unsere neue wg aktiv mitzugestalten und zu einem safen wohlfühlort für alle zu machen!:)
Ich bin David, 22 Jahre jung und studiere Erziehungswissenschaft und Kunstgeschichte. Ich liebe es mich bildnerisch-kreativ auszuleben und freu mich auf Bastel-/Mal-Abende in der WG. Außerdem höre ich sehr viel gute Musik und gehe daher gerne tanzen oder auf Konzerte. Weitere Hobbys/Interresen von mir wären : Graffiti, lesen , Fahrrad fahren , Ausflüge in die Natur , Falafel Sandwich etc. pp. Zwischenmenschlich bin ich großer Fan von Achtsamkeit, Solidarität und gegenseitiger Wertschätzung um mich in der WG wohl zu fühlen.

Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Köln-Mülheim, nur 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Köln-Mülheim entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt neben dem Gebäude und bietet hervorragende Anbindung. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und eine Vielzahl von Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Außerdem gibt es viel Kultur und Freizeit Möglichkeiten in Mülheim. In der Nähe befindet sich das Schauspielhaus DEPOT, das Tanz- und Theateraufführungen bietet, sowie eine Kletterhalle, Austellungsräume, Konzerthallen, Bars etc. pp. Darüber hinaus sind es von dort nur 10 Gehminuten bis zum Rhein, umgeben von einem schönen und ruhigen Park, der sich perfekt zum Entspannen und für Aktivitäten im Freien eignet.

Details zur Wohnung:
Küche: In der Küche hat uns der Vormieter: einen Kühlschrank, einen Ofen+Herd und eine gemütliche Ecke mit Esstisch hinterlassen.
Badezimmer/WC: Das Badezimmer ist mit einem WC und Alkoven-Wanne-Dusche kombiniert.
Waschraum: Ein zusätzlicher kleiner Waschraum mit funktionsfähiger Waschmaschine. Bietet zusätzlichen Stauraum und Trocknungs-/Aufhängungsanlage.
Möbel: Wir haben die Küche und einige weiter Möbel von dem Vormieter übernommen, was den Umzug um einiges erleichtern wird.
Garten & Fahrradabstellplatz: Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen ausgewiesenen Platz zur Aufbewahrung von Fahrradern.
Keller: Zusätzlicher Stauraum ist im Keller verfügbar.

Zusätzliche Informationen:
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und mit natürlichem Licht durchflutet. Obwohl es keinen Balkon gibt, kompensiert die helle und luftige Natur der Wohnung dies mehr als ausreichend.
Wir hatten vor ab dem 21.9 bis zum 25.9 Besichtigungstermine/Kennenlerntreffen in der Wohnung abzuhalten. Bitte schreib uns direkt am Anfang deiner Nachricht ob du innerhalb dieser Zeit in Köln bist und vorbei kommen könntest oder ob du eine Onlinebesichtigung bevorzugen würdest. Bis dann! :)

Hello, we are Meri and David and we are opening a new 3-Person WG in beautiful Mülheim from October 1st. Before we get to the details of the apartment, let us introduce ourselves :)

heyoo! my name is meri, i'm twenty and i'm studying intermedia :) i'm also creative in my free time, i take analog photos, like to draw and love going to museums. I'm also a fan of drag shows, queer performance, table tennis in the park and cozy tea evenings in the wg-kitchen🧚 I'm looking forward to meeting someone who wants to beckmessert friends and make it a safe and comfortable place for everyone:)
I'm David, 22 years old and I'm studying education and art history. I love being artistic and creative and look forward to creative evenings in the shared flat. I also listen to a lot of good music and like to go dancing or to concerts. Other hobbies/interests of mine would be: graffiti, reading, cycling, trips into nature, falafel sandwiches etc. pp. Interpersonally, I am a big fan of mindfulness, solidarity and mutual appreciation in order to feel comfortable in the shared flat.

Location:
The apartment is located in Cologne-Mülheim, just a 10-minute walk from Cologne-Mülheim train station. A bus stop is right next to the building and offers excellent connections. There are many shopping opportunities for groceries and a variety of restaurants in the neighborhood. There are also plenty of cultural and leisure opportunities in Mülheim. Nearby is the Schauspielhaus DEPOT, which offers dance and theater performances, as well as a climbing hall, exhibition spaces, concert halls, bars, etc. pp. In addition, it is only a 10-minute walk to the Rhine, surrounded by a beautiful and quiet park, perfect for relaxing and outdoor activities.

Details of the apartment:
Kitchen: In the kitchen, the previous tenant left us: a fridge, an oven+stove and a cozy corner with a dining table.
Bathroom/WC: The bathroom is combined with a WC and alcove bathtub/shower.
Laundry room: An additional small laundry room with working washing machine. Provides additional storage space and drying/hanging facilities.
Furniture: We have taken over the kitchen and some other furniture from the previous tenant, which will make the move a lot easier.
Garden & bicycle storage: There is a designated space in the communal garden for storing bicycles.
Cellar: Additional storage space is available in the cellar.

Additional information:
The apartment is quiet and flooded with natural light. Although there is no balcony, the bright and airy nature of the apartment more than compensates for this.
