Wir haben zwei WG-Zimmer in einer WG-Neugründung zum 01.10 zu vergeben. Es handelt sich einmal um eine fristlose Miete und einmal um eine Zwischenmiete für 6 Monate. Aktuell sind beide Zimmer noch verfügbar.
Die Lage ist top und direkt an der Uni Köln gelegen (5 Minuten zu Fuß).
Da ich erst ab März in die Wohnung hinzuzuziehen werde, suchen wir sowohl eine Person, die zur Zwischenmiete wohnen möchte (leider unmöbliert😢) und eine Person, die sich vorstellen könnte, langfristig mit mir in einer 2er WG zu wohnen :)
Ich (Vivi) bin 24 und studiere aktuell Geschichte und Germanistik an der Uni Köln. Ich suche keine Zweck-WG, sondern eine, in der wir uns beide wohl fühlen und nicht aneinander vorbei leben.
