Hey liebe Leute, in unserer schönen 7-Wg mache ich Platz für eine neue liebe Person.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m² groß, bietet genügend Platz, um dort zu schlafen, zu arbeiten und es ein Zuhause nennen zu können. Meinen Schrank und einige Kleinigkeiten möchte ich für einen Abschlag von 350€ übergeben.
Das Zimmer liegt im unteren Geschoss der zwei Stockwerke über die sich unsere WG erstreckt. Hier teilst du dir die Küche und das Bad mit Giuseppe, Stine und Noah.
Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Ofen und Spülmaschine hervorragend ausgestattet.
Die Wohnküche im unteren Stock ist ausgestattet mit gemütlicher Couch, Fernseher, und Gesellschaftsspielen.
Auf jeder Etage gibt es jeweils ein Badezimmer + Gäste-WC sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Im oberen Stock wohnen Basti, Marie und Dorthe. Hier hast du über die Küche einen direkten Zugang zu unserer schönen Dachterrasse. Diese bietet einen Platz zum Sonnenbaden, oder für das ein oder andere Kölsch. Einen Grill gibts auch!
Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Dachboden mit viel Stauraum.

Hey everyone, we are looking for a new person!
The room is about 12 m² and offers enough space to sleep, work and call it home. I would like to hand over my wardrobe and some small items for a discount of 350€.
The room is on the lower floor of the two floors that make up our shared flat. Here you share the kitchen and bathroom with Giuseppe, Stine and Noah.
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven and dishwasher.
The eat-in kitchen on the lower floor is furnished with a comfortable couch, TV and board games. On each floor there is a bathroom + guest toilet as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Basti, Marie and Dorthe live on the upper floor. Here you have direct access to our beautiful roof terrace via the kitchen. This offers a place to sunbathe or enjoy a Kölsch or two. There is also a barbecue!
There is also a loft with plenty of storage space.
Zur Linie 18 sind es nur wenige Geh-Sekunden, der Südbahnhof und der Barbarossaplatz sind auch in 5 Minuten erreicht. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt, aber auch in Ehrenfeld oder in der Südstadt - wir liegen halt mittendrin! Zu Fuß zu erreichen sind ein riesiger REWE, Penny, Lidl, DM und der Real. Der Grüngürtel beginnt quasi vor unserer Haustür und auch der Volksgarten ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Line 18 is just a minute walk away, and both Südbahnhof and Barbarossaplatz are reachable within 5 minutes. You're swiftly connected to downtown, as well as to Ehrenfeld or the Südstadt – we're right in the middle of it all! In the surrounding areas you'll find a huge REWE, Penny, Lidl, DM, and Real nearby. The Grüngürtel practically starts at our doorstep, and Volksgarten is just a stone's throw away.
Wir sind alle berufstätig oder studieren und haben unter der Woche geregelte Tagesabläufe und sind wher weniger eine Party-WG. Wer möchte, setzt sich abends zum Essen zusammen oder auch mal auf ein Bierchen. Am Wochenende gibt es aber auch getne feucht-fröhliche WG-Abende oder -Partys, die man nicht verpassen sollte!
Da wir alle arbeiten, kommt einmal in der Woche unsere Haushaltshilfe, die für Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sorgt.
Das WG-Leben ist super freundschaftlich und familiär. Jeder wird hier mit offenen Armen empfangen und deine neuen Mitbewohner:innen sind alles tolle Menschen. Dank der zwei Etagen fühlt sich die WG oft auch eher wie eine 3er bzw. 4er WG an mit dem Vorteil, dass doch immer jemand Zeit und Lust hat, etwas zu unternehmen.
Einige von uns gehen joggen und würden sich sehr freuen dich da direkt mitzunehmen. Viele deiner Mitbewohner:innen sind allgemein sportbegeistert und und haben verschiedene Interessen, von Kickboxen über Yoga bis hin zum Bouldern ist einiges mit dabei.
Marie und Giuseppe sprechen Englisch (und Französisch bzw. Italienisch), daher wäre es super wenn du damit kein Problem hättest.

We're all working professionals or students with structured weekday routines, so no Party-WG. Those who want can gather for dinner or even just a drink in the evenings. Sometimes on the weekends, we have fun-filled WG nights or parties that you wouldn't want to miss!
Since we're all working, we benefit from fantastic cleaning support that visits once a week to keep the shared spaces tidy and organized.
The WG life here is incredibly friendly and familial. Everyone is welcomed with open arms, and your new roommates are all fantastic individuals. With two floors, the WG often feels more like a 3 or 4-person setup, with the advantage that there's always someone available and eager to do something.
Some of us enjoy jogging and would love to have you join us. Many of your roommates are generally into sports and have various interests, from kickboxing to yoga to bouldering. Marie and Giuseppe speak English (and also French or Italian), so it'd be great if you're comfortable with that.
Besichtigungen werden am 06.03. und 10.03. stattfinden.
Die 548€ umfassen Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Abschlag für Strom und Gas, Rundfunkbeitrag und unsere Haushaltshilfe. Es kommen also keine weiteren Kosten auf dich zu.
