Hallo Zusammen,
Ich vermiete ab 1.12.24 bis Ende April 2025 mein WG -Zimmer in Köln Ossendorf unter.
Wir sind eine 2er WG und und suchen nun für die entsprechende Zeit eine Mitbewohner*in:)
Was uns wichtig ist:
Eine Person die ein Gefühl für eine gesunde Sauberkeit hat, d.h. regelmäßiges Putzen,
gern jemand der kein Morgenmuffel ist und nicht jeden Abend Party machen will.
Du solltest offen sein und bei Problemen drüber sprechen können:)
Da wir ein Balkon haben, der an deinem Zimmer dran wäre- ist uns wichtig das du bereit bist diesen bei schönen Wetter zu teilen. Würde mich über Momente von gemeinsamen Gesprächen oder mal ein gemeinsames essen am Abend freuen oder wenn man mal Zeit für sich braucht, dies auch zu akzeptieren- keine Zweck WG.
Strecken:
-zur Uni sind es ca 25 min. mit Fahrrad, mit der Bahn ca 30-40 min.
-in die Stadt 20 min mit der Bahn

da ich mein Zimmer nur Untervermiete, müsset du dich mit meinen Möbeln zufrieden geben und diese natürlich pfleglich behandeln.

I want to subrent my room in our shared flat. We are 2 people living here, looking for someone to subrent one of our rooms. :)
What’s important for us:
Someone who knows how to clean up after themselves and is hygienic.
We‘d appreciate it if you are more of a morning person or at least dont sleep in every day til noon. So no party-every-day kind please.
You should be open minded and be able to talk openly about anything especially if problems should come up. :)
Because we have a balcony that is only reachable through your room i‘d be important for us that you would be open to sharing it to enjoy the sun 🌞 would be nice to also sit down for some food together here and there or catch up over a glass of wine or cup of tea.
