Nice little community living in the outksirts of cologne 🫶

I will sublet my room for the hole februrary potentially march (not sure yet though) as I will go travelling

The house is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

—> It’s a 7-minute walk to the Heimersdorf train station, where line 15 takes you directly to the city center in about 35 minutes (e.g., to Friesenplatz) or to Chorweiler in about 1 minute (Chorweiler City Center + S-Bahn station, e.g., S11 towards Düsseldorf).

—> Within a 7-10 minute walk from the house, you’ll find amenities such as REWE, Rossmann, a bakery, a pharmacy, a kiosk, and a post office.

—> If you need more specialized items, the Chorweiler City Center is not far. A pleasant bike ride through the park, about 10 minutes long, makes the trip enjoyable.
Of course, it’s also worth mentioning the beautiful Fühlinger See, which is only a 15-minute walk away.

You will be living with Nico, Jonathan, Tobi, Sebastian, Arce, Maren, and Ariane.
We are not just a shared flat for convenience; we enjoy spending time together.

In the summer, we love hanging out in our large garden or on the terrace. In the winter, we gather in our spacious kitchen to cook together, enjoy an after-work beer or tea ;), watch a movie in the roomy living room, or do some sports in our activity room.

We also like going out together or attending the occasional festival :) But of course, there is plenty of space to retreat and have time to yourself.

We have an adorable, neutered cat named Rupi :)
