Hey! Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für die vorlesungsfreie Zeit, da ich ins Ausland fahre. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er-WG mit gemeinsamem Badezimmer und Küche. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirr, Bettbezug, elektronischen Geräten und Waschmaschine. Du kannst gerne den Beamer und die Gitarre für gemütliche Abende benutzen. In der WG wird Englisch gesprochen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich linksrheinisch, in einem der lebendigsten Teile von Köln. Cafés, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle um die Ecke. Die Anbindung an das Zentrum ist außergewöhnlich gut.

Da das Zimmer zum Kölner Studentenwerk gehört, ist die Voraussetzung, dass du an einer Hochschule oder Universität eingeschrieben bist. Zwischen mir und dem Untervermieter wird ein Vertrag abgeschlossen. Die Miete wird einmal für die gesamte Mietdauer vor Mietbeginn überwiesen. Der Preis ist Warmmiete gilt für einen Monat; für längere Zeiträume wird entsprechend umgerechnet. Ein späterer Einzug oder frührer Einzug ist möglich. Der maximale Mietzeitraum ist vom 18. Februar bis zum 25. März.

Hey! I'm renting out my room for the semester break since I'm going abroad. The room is part of a 2-person shared flat with a bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped, including dishes, bedding, electronic devices, and a washing machine. Feel free to use the projector and guitar for cozy evenings. In the hoisehold we speck English.

The apartment is located on the left side of the Rhine, in one of the liveliest parts of Cologne. Cafés, bars, and shopping opportunities are all around the corner. The connection to the city center is exceptionally good.

As the room belongs to the Cologne Student Union, the important requirement is that you are enrolled in a university. Rent is paid once for the entire rental period before the start of the lease. The price is for one month; for longer periods, it will be adjusted accordingly. Later move-in date is possible.
